[Awakening Successful]
Seth heard a monotonous voice in his head before he removed his hand from the huge silver ball like object.
His face did not have any hint of joy as he looked at the prompt which appeared at his peripheral vision.

Instead Seth had a confused look on his face as he walked back towards the crowd's of teenagers who seem to be the same age as he was.
They were in a large hall with the silver ball at the end and a group of adults stood around the silver ball as they looked on at the teenagers who were muttering to themselves, some had looks of joy, some of sadness and others of anticipation.
"Seth, what's with that face, is there anything weird about your rune?" a chubby guy asked as he approached Seth while munching on packet of snacks.
Seth looked away from the prompt towards the chubby boy, looking at his mouth full of crumbs, Seth rubbed his forehead.
"Why are you always eating...and no, there's nothing wrong" He said as he decided to keep anything about his rune to himself until he was sure about it.
The chubby guy just nodded as he understood about this fact of keeping your rune confidential until it is confirmed, as many people have died just because of the kind of rune they had.
"Anyway, I haven't seen Clarice...did you guys fight again?"
Seth frowned but chose not to say anything before he turned and began to walk out of the hall with the chubby guy following him.
"Hey, no need to worry, I understand, but you both should stop fighting...you have fought like twelve times this week" the chubby guy said and Seth stopped walking.
"Doen, don't talk about Clarice again...this time around, we are no longer involved with each other" Seth said which caused the chubby guy to widen his eyes in surprise.
Doen was truly surprised because he knew that Seth and Clarice had grown up together even to the extent of attending the same school, they have fought but it was mostly over minor things, seeing the rage in Seth's eyes, Doen knew it was something serious.
"What happened?" He decided to ask.
"No need to pry, you'll find out eventually" Seth said before walking out of the hall and into the room just beside where he had walked out from.
As soon as he walked in, the five teenagers and six adults turned to look at him. Amongst the teenagers, a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes looked at him with a complicated expression while biting her lips.
The tan-skinned girl with silver braided hair looked at Seth with a competitive glint flashing through her eyes. She had slight muscles which still seem to shoe despite the black jacket she wore over her tank top.
The three boys looked at Seth with a frown, the adults had expectations on their faces.
"Were you able to awaken??" The man with crimson red eyes asked. He had pale white skin and fangs.
"Yes, Sir Drac"
"Good, come forward...let us access your gene rune level" Drac said as he licked his lips, which was a habit.
Seth did not say anything and just walked towards the man. A small white crystal floated in front of Drac.
"Drip your blood on the crystal"
Seth bit his thumb and dropped his blood on the crystal. His heart pounded as he knew this test would give him the answers he was looking for.
As soon as the crystal absorbed the blood, the crystal immediately turned a very bright red.
Seeing this reaction, everyone's expression varied, some had pity, while some were gloating.
Seth's mood plummeted before he noticed a prompt on his peripheral vision.

"Huh??"
His gene rune average level was purple which was the highest level, and unlike other runes which only governed a specific stats, his runs covered everything. That brought up the question of why the crystal only showed red.
Thinking that Seth was in a state of shock, Drac grabbed his shoulder and tapped it. "It is not the end of the world, kid...your rune might be below average but that doesn't mean it's weak"
"Yes, Sir Drac" Seth nodded and walked back before standing with the five teenagers, the three boys looked at him with gloating expression while the blonde looked at him with disdain.
"Compared to my black level talent, your red is just a dirt, good thing we have cut tied with each other" the girl muttered as she spared a glance at Seth who stood beside the tan-skinned girl before looking away.
"Seth...it's not red, yes?" A voice spoke inside his head which startled him, but when he recognized who it was, he turned to look at the tan-skinned girl.
He was confused about how the girl knew his name and who she was, but what surprised him was the fact that she thought his level was not red. Then his eyes went to her ears, seeing her slightly pointy ears, he understood. She was a half-elf, but he has not heard about any one of the elven race coming to awaken today.
"Answer me" the tan-skinned girl said in his head again, but Seth looked at her with a raised eyebrow, his gaze was like "I don't even know, why should I tell you"
The tan-skinned girl pouted and she wanted to say something again, but the someone entered the room, a black haired girl with pearly yellow eyes, she looked at everyone in the room, then her eyes fell on the blonde haired girl and her eyes flashed with glint before her lips curved into a smile.
The blonde scrunched up her face in frustration.
"If you wish to return home, you can... A letter would be sent to you concerning your class placement before you would be expected to resume" The auburn haired woman with spectacles stepped forward and said while Drac attended to the black haired girl said.
Without wasting time, Seth walked out of the room with the tan-skinned girl following him. Seeing this, the blonde haired girl frowned.
Meanwhile, Seth met with Doen and they were about to walk away when there someone shouted behind them.
"Seth Deus Yagami, I command to halt for this princess!"
They both paused and the students walking around also stopped as they waited to watch a good show. Doen who had turned around and seen the speaker paled before he looked at Seth.
"How did you cross with Ruin Princess, Andriel?"
Seth turned to look at him with stunned eyes, he looked at the tan-skinned girl who was looking at him with ferocious eyes.
"Ruin Princess?"
