"Alright. The reason for this meeting is to look ahead for the future of our Uchiha clan." A young man with short black hair in a skin fade, handsome face, and black clothing with a red and white fan symbol on his clothing spoke to a group of mixed men and women, old and young people wearing similar clothing.

Murmurs broken out within the gathered people, questioning what is going on and some confused as to why every single member of the clan is present.

"We did promise you that you would get this chance if all else fails, so you are free to speak, young Tamaki." One of the elders of the clan spoke, giving the green light for the young man to continue.

"Thank you, Elder Setsuna." Tamaki replied, nodding in gratitude to the old man. Turning to face the crowd he finally spoke.

"Brothers, Sisters. Uncles and Aunties. Little nephews and cute nieces. It has come today a moment where our Uchiha clan have seem to have lost the sense of belonging within this village.

You, young people are not aware of this, but it has now come to the point where sadly, we are put into a position to throw a coup d'etat and overthrow the higher ups of this village." Tamaki pauses, looking around at the shocked faces of his people.

"I know it is hard to hear, and to believe and to trust. But sadly, our efforts have not been noticed. Actually, they have been noticed, but not in the positive way we had hoped. Clan leader Uncle Fugaku and the Elders had come to an agreement with myself, on how to get rid of this unfriendliness with the village. They have done their own plans on being able to get back into the village and I have done my best on getting the acceptance from the higher ups. 

You are more aware of what the Uchiha clan has done for the village, but many do not know what I have done. So let me tell you how much I have done alone that still hasn't given us the warmth we deserve." Tamaki paused again, catching his breath and seeing the many clansmen waiting to hear his feats.

"As you are aware, I am engaged to be married to Izumi Uchiha. A marriage of a big gap in age, but I accepted. This engagement is what allowed me to work on my own for our clan so please, do not hate the young girl.

Now, I have trained my self heavily everyday working to build my strength to be used for our village. I have gone out on many A to S rank missions, completing them with a 100% completion rate. Financially, I have made many businesses which have bloomed, earning me millions of Ryo.

Yet sadly, the village has not accepted my sacrifices. I have been out in many places, contributed heavily for this village, yet my feats have not been recognised."

Takami finished, and glanced at the many shocked faces around him. Some of his fellow clansmen looked at his 13 year old fiancé, who blushed and trying her best to hide herself.

Thinking back, there have been more feats he could talk about, but he feared the higher ups would get agitated and restless.

"You was right Takami." The Uchiha patriarch, Fugaku spoke up. "You predicted that with the heavy sacrifice you have made, and our failed attempts, that the higher ups of Konoha would still not accept us. So what plans do you have now for our Uchiha future." After finishing speaking, every single clansmen looked at Takami, waiting for his ideas.

Looking around the room, looking at the nods of approval from the elders, Takami took a deep breath and began explaining his plan.

"People of the Uchiha clan. Today I present with you 2 choices for our future.

The first choice: We stay here, stop being ninjas, and work on other projects where our Sharingan's are useful. We stop being the Uchiha police, and we could even leave this village seen as though they don't need us. 

The second choice: We leave this world entirely."

the room was filled with gasps and murmurs. The elders looking at Takami in slight shock.

"What do you mean by leaving this world?" Elder Masabai asked.

"It's like I said. There are many worlds I've seen and been to. These are places I have gained strength and knowledge. Without the ability to train in these worlds, I wouldn't be as strong as I am now.

This world has no ninja nation. 

The only known ninja is in an island called Wano Country.

The rest of the world is filled with islands with different rules and no chakra exists. The only abilities the people can obtain is devil fruits, marine fighting styles and haki. There are other abilities, but I have no knowledge of them.

This world would be our fresh start.

A world without chakra,

A world where we are unique,

A world we don't need to constantly fight,

A world where we can grow,

A world where our love for our family doesn't get twisted and shat on."

Tamaki Stopped and looked around the room at all the clansmen reacting in awe.

"This village doesn't need us. After the First Hokage, not one single Hokage or its advisors ever wanted us.

Some of you people deluded yourselves into thinking we are the problem.

We were never the problem.

Why do we need them when they don't need us. 

So why wait and let's leave."

The room erupted in shouts and cheers at the speech given to them by Tamaki.

Clansmen such as Itachi and Shisui, as well as the other members seeking peace, looked down in shame.

Once the room died down, a few of the elders stepped up to talk to Tamaki.

"Tamaki, are you sure this is the best option?" One of the elders spoke.

"Elder Kimi, leaving is one of the options. This option causes us no stress and I have plans for how we thrive in this new world.

If we take the first option, then I have plans for that as well, but the pressure on us will still be on us regardless of what we do. 

If we take a shit, it gets reported. If we sneeze, it gets reported.

I've done my best to contribute my strength to the village, yet they don't appreciate our family."

Kimi Uchiha nodded her head and stepped back, leading to another elder stepping forward.

"Little Tamaki, what would happen to your business once we left? Won't this cause you a heavy blow if we leave this world?"

"Elder Zeti, you do not need to worry about my finances. All my business will get sorted out after we have come to a decision. I have the young heiress of the Hyuga clan to make plans with, and Mio to take over majority of the business. The clanless woman has done a lot for me and us Uchiha, the best respect I can give her is our hard work.

After addressing Zeti Uchiha, the old man stepped back and allowed each elder to question the new plans laid out.

The meeting went on longer than normal, showing how much this new shift in direction the Uchiha clan could take will impact the family and make them great again once more.

"Tamaki, I think it is best if we close up soon. I'm afraid the Higher ups will become restless and become more hostile towards us." Mikoto Uchiha spoke up surprisingly, no one expecting the patriarch's wife to utter a word.

"I think your right Auntie Mikoto." Tamaki nodded in agreement to the woman. Turning his attention back to the clan, Tamaki spoke.

"Everyone, I think it is best if we make a decision now. Once I know your answers, I will be able to plan out everything for our future. So please move to the right if you want to leave this world and please move to the left if you want to stay in this world."

After 5 minutes talking between each other and after some uncertainties, the Uchiha clan members finalised their verdict and came to one final conclusion that would change the Uchiha family.

One Piece World: 83%

Ninja World: 17%

"Great, since it is decided that we will be leaving, allow me to send you all off whilst I finalised things here." Tamaki addressed the clan, directing them on where to move and stand.

After making sure everyone had got everything, Tamaki opened up is Mangekyo Sharingan surprising his fellow clan members. 

Pointing his eyes towards the wall, a golden ring materialised and a portal soon opened up.

"Everyone, please go through the portal. I am unsure of where you will land, but please don't kill anyone if you see people. If you get attacked, defend yourself and wait for me to arrive." Tamaki spoke, addressing his family for the last time in this world.

One by one, each member of the Uchiha clan entered the portal.

Many young members were scared but reluctantly entered and others joyfully went through the portal.

The last to enter was the patriarch family who approached Tamaki.

"Make sure you finish everything up quickly Tamaki." Fugaku instructed Tamaki who nodded in reply

Mikoto Uchiha stepped closer to Tamaki, raising her hand and resting it on the boy's cheek, a small smile on her face.

"You've grown up Tamaki, please do take it easy when we start our new life." She spoke softly to him. Raising his hand and holding onto her small hand, Tamaki gave a small smile to the woman. "Don't worry Auntie Mikoto. This new world, we can relax more and make out family better."

"Big brother Tamaki, you promised me a jutsu. You better have not forgotten." A little boy came up next, threatening cutely towards the older boy.

"Don't worry Sasuke. You and Izumi are still my disciples, I have a lot of techniques to show you both. So look forward to my wisdom." Tamaki responded, ruffling the boys haired, making him pout.

"You guys go. I will be with you guys shortly." Tamaki addresses the family, ushering them through the portal.

Once the portal closed, Tamaki took a deep breathe and released a long sigh.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh

"Fuck me, finally I can leave this shitty world. Fuck dealing with Madara. 

Best I say my goodbyes."

And with that, Tamaki made his way towards his first task.
