Faint echoes were heard in the library of the prestigious academy "Encel." The most well known academy in the world usually aquited for it's ways of teachings and more so it's account of nobility on things like status which all students whether it be the lowest placed student in the exams to be revered by the locality and high ranking students to grow up to be known across the world.

We shall test your mana capacity using this magic—meter and you shall use your greatest magic in the imaginary room created by "Helm."
Helm.... Interesting that they're using such a device just for an entrance exam.
The students came and went as they tested their mana capacity using the magic—meter provided by the academy making sure all test scores were hidden until further notice of absolute completion in the exams.
Influental figures were scattered about.

As the attack rippled through the imaginary ground created by helm it subconsciously created a frostbite near that of a hurricane.
How is this achieved you may ask?
To begin casting Frostbite Hurricane, the mage must first supercool the surrounding air by rapidly extracting heat, forcing temperatures to drop below freezing. By applying rotational force—whether through controlled bursts of kinetic energy, electrostatic manipulation, or the natural expansion of supercooled gases—the spell takes on its characteristic vortex shape, mimicking the mechanics of a real storm.
With the storm taking form, the caster then introduces ice particles into the swirling winds, either by flash-freezing airborne water vapor or shattering pre-existing ice structures into fine, razor-sharp shards. The vortex continuously pulls in new air, maintaining the storm's intensity while scattering the ice fragments in all directions, creating a deadly, freezing maelstrom. To sustain the spell, the caster must carefully balance energy flow, ensuring the heat extraction, pressure differentials, and rotational forces remain stable.

Why do all of these steps? Well the foundation of magic is in a basis of science where magic can only be created if you understand on how it's made and the exact process in making it.
Why the long explanation? Well this was actually the theoretical exam question and that was my answer.

The class names are arranged in reversed alphabetical order starting with the lowest being F, and the next E, and the third, D and the fourth, C and so on and so forth ending at class A with the special class of S for those who were exceptional in the tests.
I think i did pretty bad.. I'm hoping for atleast C class..
