Hyuga Hiashi's throat felt dry as he walked forward, his sandals pressing into the blood-streaked ground.
The once-proud warriors of the Hyuga clan lay in disarray, groaning in pain, some barely conscious. Blood pooled across the courtyard, seeping into the cracks between stone tiles.
None had perished, but their injuries were severe—shattered ribs, dislocated joints, and broken arms hanging uselessly at their sides. The scene was a battlefield in all but name.
"How...?"
Hiashi couldn't fathom it. Even if Uzumaki Naruto had lost control and succumbed to the power of the Nine Tails, the Hyuga clan was no pushover. Their Byakugan granted unparalleled insight, and their Gentle Fist could shut down chakra networks with pinpoint precision.
Yet here they were—scattered like leaves in a storm.
"AAAAHHH!!!"
"Monster! MONSTER!"
"RUN! We can't stop him! This isn't the Nine Tails—it's him!"
The panicked voices of Hyuga warriors ahead sent a chill down Hiashi's spine.
He quickened his pace, rounding a corner—only to halt in his tracks, his Byakugan eyes widening in disbelief.
Naruto stood in the center of the courtyard, his body wrapped in a bubbling red cloak of chakra. Three long, fiery tails swayed behind him, flickering like living flames. His whisker marks had darkened, his eyes gleamed like molten embers, and fangs protruded from his lips in a savage snarl.
He was a beast in human form.
But that wasn't what made Hiashi's blood run cold.
Golden chains—thick, radiant, and pulsating with power—extended from Naruto's back, stretching high into the sky before arching downward in a sweeping net of destruction.
"Adamantine Sealing Chains…!?"
Hiashi's heart pounded in his chest.
Those chains weren't just powerful—they were legendary. An ability passed down through the direct bloodline of the Uzumaki clan, known for its ability to suppress even the strongest chakra.
"How is this possible?"
For years, the village had assumed Naruto was merely a distant descendant of the Uzumaki, a child who inherited nothing but the name. But to manifest this ability… it could only mean one thing.
He wasn't just some distant relative.
He was royalty—a direct heir to the clan's lost power.
The truth sent a shudder through Hiashi's core.
And the battlefield confirmed it.
The Hyuga clan, renowned for their taijutsu, had been rendered helpless. Each time one of their warriors closed in, the golden chains would lash out with terrifying precision, striking pressure points, binding limbs, and hurling bodies through the air like ragdolls.
Hyuga elites—once confident in their ability to seal away chakra—now lay broken and trembling.
"No wonder they didn't stand a chance… They never even got close."
A terrifying realization struck Hiashi.
"Even if we suppress the Nine Tails' chakra… It won't matter. This power belongs to Naruto himself."
His fists clenched. He couldn't allow this to continue.
In an instant, he blurred forward, appearing beside Naruto with practiced precision. His fingers crackled with chakra as he drove them toward the boy's body.
"Gentle Fist—Eight Trigrams, One Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms!"
Faster than the eye could follow, his hands became a blur.
"Two palms!"
"Four palms!"
"Eight palms!"
Each strike landed cleanly against Naruto's chakra points, cutting off the flow of energy through his body. The red cloak flickered and dimmed.
"Sixteen palms!"
"Thirty-two palms!"
"Sixty-four palms!"
Hiashi grit his teeth, pouring everything into the technique.
"One hundred and twenty-eight palms!!!"
With the final strike, the air trembled.
The crimson chakra cloak began to dissipate, flickering like dying embers. The golden chains slackened, retreating back into Naruto's body.
Hiashi exhaled sharply, sweat beading his brow. It was over.
Or so he thought.
Then, Naruto moved.
The boy tilted his head, cracking his neck with an audible pop.
And when he turned to face Hiashi, his burning red eyes held nothing but icy disdain.
"Are you… tickling me?"
Hiashi's blood ran cold.
Naruto rolled his shoulders, flexing his fingers.
And then—
BOOM!!!
The Nine Tails' chakra exploded outward, shattering every Gentle Fist seal in an instant. The red aura roared back to life, stronger and more violent than before.
A fourth tail sprouted.
The bubbling cloak darkened, turning a sinister shade of blood-red.
Hiashi stumbled backward in disbelief.
"This… this is beyond what I anticipated!"
Naruto exhaled, the sound deep and guttural. His lips curled into a sneer.
"You're in my way."
His arm shot forward, and a massive claw of chakra extended, slicing through the air toward Hiashi.
At the same time, the golden chains coiled and struck—like divine spears descending from the heavens.
Hiashi's instincts screamed.
"No choice—"
"Eight Trigrams—Revolving Heaven!"
He spun, unleashing a dome of chakra around him, deflecting the incoming attacks.
Or so he thought.
The moment Naruto's chakra claw made contact—
BOOM!!!
The entire battlefield shook.
Hiashi's Revolving Heaven shattered like glass, and the sheer force sent him flying across the courtyard.
His body slammed into a rock formation, reducing it to rubble.
"Guh—!"
Blood sprayed from his lips as he collapsed onto the ground.
Pain exploded through his ribs. His vision blurred. His body refused to move.
"How…?"
How could Naruto, at just four tails, generate such power?
Even Orochimaru had struggled against this form, nearly dying in their battle. And yet, here he was—losing.
A golden chain shot forward, impaling the ground beside him.
The sheer force sent tremors through the earth.
Hiashi coughed weakly, his body barely responding.
Above him, Naruto loomed—his burning red gaze devoid of mercy.
And in that moment, for the first time in years—
Hyuga Hiashi felt fear.
