Lizbeth Earsley, college student of magister archaeology in Texas, not much student here because this is not famous faculty, other student prefer to law, MBA or engineering, why? because archaeology is boring, who's want to dealing with the death things from the past? it's feel like you collect the junkyard from attics in your grandma's house.
Lizbeth has two bestfriend. They are Darren Hayes and Melanie Barucci. Lizbeth, Darren and Melanie are best friend since the first year, they hangout together and sometime discuss about the ex.
Melanie is amazing, she is Italian and almost buy a pizza twice a week, also shows hand gesture like other italian when she's talking on the phone, some people think it's sexy but i see it's look like an angry gladiator warrior.
Darren, is a brokenhome child, and the silly reason he takes this faculty is to get treasure from arcaeological site, really? he thinks he is an indiana jones, is indiana jones becomes rich? no, because he never change his old cowboy hat and whip from the first until last movie.
Why Darren is obsessed of treasure? because he doesn't like his mother's live with her new husband, a russian guy with harsh accent and vodka scent from his sweat, he hopes if get treasures it will gain a much money to help his mom to get better live.
Now we're talking about Elizabeth Earsley, let's call her Lizbeth. She is strong woman and independent, but don't get me wrong, she is strong woman but has fragile heart. She is love caring and anti self centered person. I tell further about her later ok.
Back to the class. Lizbeth, Melanie and Darren prepare for the most favorite lesson, the title is Environmental Archaeology and Ecology. Taught by Professor Jan Buiden, he is a dutch, but he is the most friendly dutch person i ever met, not because he is direct, and don't get me wrong, not all dutch is stingy, if you hear "go ducth", it's not coming from the dutch, it's Belgian people actually.
This lecturer explain the lesson with some simple example and never get us bored, so why he becomes favorite our lecturer? because he is very rarely to give us a homework, that's simple reason and i think all student will agree to me for this one. He is giving information about our next duties.
"According to the rules of the college, you all will take a capstone project, or the final academic research that all student to complete demonstrate their knowledge and skills"
Another student so curious "where it will be take place?"
"You all are nine students, it will be separated into 3 group, each group contains 3 person, there will be 3 place of archaological site in one group" Jan Buiden answers the question.
Darren looks exciting about that "i can't wait for treasure hunter"
"Come on, stop Darren, you wanna find cursed things?" said Lizbeth.
"No gold island and no pirates gathering" Jan Buiden answers with the other laugh at him.
"First, Colorado, second is Italy, and the last one is Egypt, make your choice" said Jan Buiden.
Melanie know that she will choose Egypt
"My boyfriend Jonah, he took egypt and after he graduated, he works there"
Lizbeth remember of her boyfriend
"Oh that alumni, he is our senior, right?"
"Yeah, he graduated last year, so you have been long distance relationship? Darren said.
"Yes, we communicate just by phone" Melanie answered.
Jan Buiden is telling us
"Hey everyone, give me news of your group and which is your position three days later, ok class dismissed"
"So, you want go to Egypt and will met him there?" Lizbeth asked.
"Yes, Egypt? why not, who's follow me?" Melanie asked.
"No way, i can't stand with the heat" Darren answered.
"Me? i prefer the short distance, i choose Colorado" answered Lizbeth.
"Or that's your reason so you can meet Bradley there, right?" Darren said.
"Trial Pre honey moon" Melanie laugh.
"I hope so, hey Darren, i thought you will choose Egypt, maybe there is still treasure left there" said Lizbeth.
"Maybe, but i am afraid there is a trap to get a gold, just like on movie, who's know? said Darren.
"Who wants to go to Colorado?" asked Lizbeth.
"Me" said Dudley Nelson
He is one of the good classmate, i know his obesity won't choose far place because he hates to burn carbohydrate.
"I am in" said Jeanice Lunder.
She is the new money, you know it's kind of unfamous influencer but act like hollywood actress and makes money from live tiktok, got a gift and gain some subscriber, finally some people hire her for endorse fashion stuff.
Group 1 will go to Colorado. They are Lizbeth, Dudley and Jeanice.
"I am not treasure hunter, maybe just seek some antiques coin but don't worry, i won't mess it up, who wants go to Italy? Darren asked.
"I go with you" said Ortiz Macuello.
He is Bolivian and very diligent, but his latino hairstyle similar to Mr.Escobar. No, i am just kidding.
"May i join to you guys? Italy is the place that i should visit" said Mizuno Hara, she is Japanese, and if you want to ask where is the best sushi restaurant, she is on the top notch.
"Ok only remain Egypt, i am in, who's with me?" said Melanie.
"I join your team" said Sriya Charvi, she comes from India, and very georgous.
"Ok just me, i have no option, i am in" said Trevor Smith, he is african american, he can do beat box, i hope his skill will usefull someday in Egypt.
They back to home and ready to tell their parents.
