He slowly open up his drowsy eyes his glare facing the white ceilings, the familiar scent of drugs and several other chemicals flow past his nostrils, he was very much familiar with this sight but that didn't stop from wondering why he have to end up here
The boy who was once the champion of his middle highschool, winning several titles for his school in many competition, now dejected and abandoned by everyone, even his own family wasn't excluded
Just because of one disease, a vital disease which appears on this world only few months back, a disease which he was unfortunate to be the second victim through out the whole world
No one was to be blamed here, a disease which can be spread easily with frequent contact with the victim, distancing his once beloved family from him
"Don't go near him" the voice of a boy jerked him out of his thoughts making him turn his head lightly towards the direction,
A boy who was standing next to a bed distance to a safer place away from him said yanking the shoulder of a younger boy
"If you get too close to him you might be the third victim"The boy said in a warning tone sparing the pitiable boy a one last solemn expression before turning his back away
"Let get going now"
Tears welled up in his blue crimson eyes threatening to fall any seconds from now, but no...

He forcibly sent the tears back in swallowing his dry saliva
This isn't the first time he would be hearing those lines he was much more familiar with the words now
The door to the ward open up then two figure walk in a young nurse and the doctor in charge of his unfortunate life, the doctor walk towards his side putting on the special gloves which were made mainly for vital disease like this one.
"Good morning Jin-Ho" The doctor said faking a bright smile, but all of this aren't new to him, ever since he became a victim of this disease everyone have developed the instant hatred for him, even he himself also develop the hatred for himself
How would it feel when you are told the day you will pass away from this world surface, heartbreaking right
That's the same thing for him
The doctor and the nurse quickly run some quick test on him and also giving him some drugs which he had been taking more than a month now but that doesn't change the unfortunate fate, the results has been set in stone already
There is no escape from such a fate
Ji-Ho get down from the bed, his thin frame drying off blood and energy everyday his complexion getting pale every seconds that pass by
He walk towards the entrance door which wasn't connected to the outside because he was more like in a confinement, the scientist believe that once anyone got too close to him he or she might get infected, that's how vital the disease is.
"Let take some fresh air bad luck"He said to himself dragging his fragile body to the door, the rays of sunlight hits him from every angle making him cover his face first preventing the rays from affecting his sight
This is the only permitted area for him to go since he is a victim of something capable of destroying the whole world he wasn't allowed to make frequent contact with anyone, But this balcony was made for the special case like himself so they wouldn't be too bored by being confined
Jin-Ho breath in relief taking in the pleasant air that past through his nostrils this is the only sight that cleanse his memory
His eyes narrowed towards the bus stop which was only the second street from the hospital, a group of teenagers on his age could be seen getting down from a school bus while some were busy chit chatting and strolling the streets in groups or individual
Memories of his normal life past through his head in highlights

Tears formed in his eyes struggling to drop out but he rather cool it down, but he couldn't hide the pain he was feeling right now, he dip his hand into his pocket taking out a gold medal
This was the last thing that was with him, even though he was abandon by everyone this medal wouldn't abandoned him. This was the last medal he won for winning the race in the inter house sport of his school, and that was the only thing he was left with
Footsteps echoes from behind him which made him drift a part of his head over his shoulder looking at the figure walking in his direction, but it didn't took him long to know who it was, the only person after his medal that choose not to abandon him
"Jin Ho" The soft voice of a female call out from behind him, a young lady who was supposed to be in her twenties dress in the nurse apron,
"You shouldn't get too close Hae Min" Jin Ho said lowering his head in dejected even though he should be grateful that there is still one person that cares about him, but ...
'...I shouldn't cause her trouble with my predicament'
He wouldn't forgive himself if the only person that cares about him got infected by this disease
"Are you thinking again'' Hae Min said slowly advancing towards his side but Jin Ho wasn't like that he stops her before she get too close to her again
This lady have been the only one that cares about him and always got close to him almost everyday, that thought alone make him think he was just rejected, maybe the doctors just formed a lie on their own
Anyway it's the way of the Man's, once someone is down in a vital sickness everyone will do their best to avoid that individual wether it can be contracted through physical contact or not, he or she will get abandoned
"How long do I have"Jin Ho ask his voice rather devoid of emotions now but one could sense the bitterness in his tone
Hae Min hesitate for some reason her head down in pity, she doesn't want to get the young boy thinking again, she knew how painful it could be when you knew your last moment before hand
"You should stop talking about that Jin Ho you are not going to die no matter what"
Jin Ho chuckle at her words he knew she was trying to make him avoid thinking about his own death.
But he have already accept his own disdainful fate
There is no way he is going to survive this predicament, right now he his not even sure if the so called God can heal him from this disease

"Is okay Hae Min I just want to know that's all" Jin Ho said turning back at her faking a smile on his own face even though it contains bitterness he did his best to hide it
Hae Min hesitate for the second time but seeing the kid so desperate to know about his own last moment she has no choice
"Tomorrow 10:40 AM" Hae Min said breaking out in tears instead as she complete those sentence
Tears well up in Jin Ho eyes his expression turning into a surrow changes
He lift his head up lightly staring at the sunset
'Finally the day have been waiting for is here before me now'
