Chapter 1 - meeting with trinity

Dhruv Sharma was an innocent boy born into a middle-class Hindu Brahmin family. He lived with his family in the city of Indore. Due to poverty, he had to face many hardships and struggles from a young age. Troubled by his suffering, he would often ask God, "What have I done to deserve all this pain?"

One day, while returning home from the office, Dhruv was lost in these thoughts when suddenly, a child appeared in front of his bike. In an attempt to save the child, he lost his balance and fell off the bridge.

As darkness clouded his vision, he muttered, "Is this really my end? Every day, I tell myself that my time will change, that my good days will come. But today, all my hopes have been crushed, and my dreams are shattered." Saying this, he closed his eyes.

Suddenly, he felt as if all the pain in his body had vanished. When he opened his eyes and looked around, the scene before him was completely different from his world—it was like heaven. Mesmerized by the sight, he was still taking in his surroundings when he heard a voice from behind:

"Did you have any trouble reaching here, Dhruv?"

He turned around and asked, "Who are you?" But the sight before him left him speechless.

Three men stood in front of him, radiating a divine aura. Their appearance was so magnificent that he instinctively folded his hands and fell to his knees. Their forms resembled the deities his grandmother used to tell him about in her stories.

In a trembling voice, Dhruv asked, "Who are you three?"

One of them replied, "We are the ones you have questioned every day—asking why you suffer despite doing no wrong. We are the Tridev, the creators, preservers, and destroyers of this universe and infinite other realms. We are Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva."

As he spoke, the divine glow around them dimmed slightly, allowing Dhruv to see them more clearly. One had a trident in his hand, a serpent around his neck, three eyes, and a muscular body adorned with a captivating smile. The second had four arms, holding a divine conch, discus, mace, and bow. The third had four faces, each holding the four Vedas.

Seeing them, Dhruv's mind filled with questions, and he voiced the ones he had suppressed since childhood:

"Oh Lord, I have never wronged anyone in my entire life. Then why did I always have to suffer? And why did I meet such a tragic end?"

Hearing this, Lord Shiva smiled and replied, "Dhruv, all the hardships you have faced so far were tests from us. We were assessing whether you were worthy of carrying out a divine mission."

"A divine mission? What kind of mission?" Dhruv asked Lord Shiva.

"As you have heard since childhood, we have created infinite universes. One of those universes is heading toward destruction. With the powers we grant you, you must protect that universe and re-establish righteousness there."

Hearing this, Dhruv said, "Oh Lord, if even you cannot do this, then how can a mere mortal like me accomplish such a task?"

Lord Shiva replied, "We, as gods, cannot interfere directly in mortal affairs. That is why we have chosen you. In the world where we are sending you, divine powers are bestowed upon individuals when they turn five years old. As soon as you reach that age, you will be able to use the powers of all the gods with our blessings. Additionally, we grant you infinite energy, an immortal body, heightened consciousness, and the gift of never experiencing fatigue. Now go and fulfill your duty."

Saying this, the Tridev disappeared, and Dhruv fell into a deep sleep.
