It sounded like a bomb in her ears when he said those words to her. She felt used and dumped.
She was at a loss for words, painful tears running down her cheeks.
"How dare you, Raymond?"
"You made me believe your fake promises just so you could use me to satisfy your sexual urges!" she fired back, tears threatening to fall from her eyes.
"How could you be so dumb to believe what I said to you? You are no different from the other bitches who throw themselves at me every day," he snorted.
"Hey, watch your mouth, Raymond! How dare you?" she burst out as he heard a sharp sound ring in his ears.
"What gave you the right to lay those filthy hands of yours on my face?" he yelled angrily.
He gulped angrily, touched his cheek, and laughed evilly.
"Get out of here now!" he screamed as she flinched.
"You won't get away with this, Raymond! I promise, I will get back at you for doing this to me!" she cried, picking up her handbag and storming out of the house.
He sat down and gulped down the remaining drink in his glass.
"She's so stupid and foolish. What made her think I would ever want anything to do with her? She must have been so dumb to believe that," he laughed.
"But boss, that woman is a maniac! She's completely insane! Do you know she almost slapped my cheek off?" Richy said, rubbing his face.
"It's okay! At least we should be thankful she already left with her tantrums and is out of my way now."
Just then, his phone rang loudly. He looked at the caller ID and smiled to himself.
Tonight is the night.
"Hello…," a voice echoed from the phone speaker.
"Yes! I want it delivered to the address I'm sending you right now," he smiled.
"Okay, sir. Should we send the entire set?" the voice asked.
"Of course! Deliver it all," he smiled and hung up.
He grinned as he relaxed against the couch.
"I can't wait to have you, Rosia," he chuckled.

ROSIA'S APARTMENT
Ding-ding! The doorbell rang noisily.
"Who could that be?" she thought.
"Sister Rosia, are you expecting anyone?" she asked.
"No, Tonia!" Rosia yelled from the kitchen.
"I guess it's one of the neighbors," she said as she walked towards the door to open it.
To her surprise, it was a delivery man.
"Good day, miss," he greeted.
"Good day, sir," she responded.
"How may I help you?" she asked.
"Are you Rosia Angelis?" he inquired.
"Why is he looking for Sister Rosia?" she thought.
"No, let me inform her," she said, locking the door and heading to call Rosia.
She walked into the kitchen.
"Sister Rosia, I think you have a visitor. Someone is looking for you," she said.
"For me? Why?" Rosia gasped and followed her immediately.
Tonia opened the door.
"Hello, you must be Rosia Angelis?" the man asked.
"Yes, I am. Did you call for me?"
"I was sent to deliver this package to you," he said.
"Sent by who?" Rosia asked, surprised.
"Check it out, ma'am. But please sign here," he added.
"Okay."
Rosia signed the paper while the man smiled and left.
"Who could have sent this parcel, and what's inside?" she asked as she dropped the box on the table.
"Seriously, Sister, I'm getting really anxious," Tonia said excitedly.
Rosia quickly opened the box, and her jaw dropped. Inside was a beautiful black ball gown, a small silver purse, and silver high-heeled sandals to match.
"Wow, Sister Rosia! These are all so beautiful and expensive! But who could have sent such glittering, expensive items to you?" Tonia asked, feeling very happy.
"Yes, dear, they're beautiful, but I wond—"
She was still talking when her eyes caught a tiny piece of paper inside the box. She picked it up and read it.
"I can't wait to see you tonight – Chris."
Her expression changed immediately.
"Sister Rosia, you didn't tell me you had a boyfriend and that you two were going on a date," Tonia teased, smiling.
Rosia forced out a smile.
"I hate you so much, Chris," she muttered.
"You said what, Sister?" Tonia asked.
Rosia shook her head.
"Er… er… I mean, I love the dress," she lied.

★Midday★
Rosia sat in front of a standing mirror while Blender applied makeup to her face.
And, believe it or not, she looked stunning in that outfit.
The makeup added a touch of light to her beauty.
"Oh my God, Rosia! You look absolutely gorgeous and beautiful!" Blender complimented, and Rosia rolled her eyes.
"I don't care, Blender. If not for your persuasion, I wouldn't even have worn this dress and makeup," she snapped.
Suddenly, they heard a car honk noisily outside the apartment.
Her heart skipped a beat.
"Rosia, I think the chauffeur is here to take you to the venue," Blender shrieked in excitement.
"I don't feel good about this meeting. I'm nervous already. What if it's just a trap to get me?" she said, sounding scared.
"I really don't think this is a trap, Rosia. Your mind is not at ease. You should stop worrying already. Everything will be fine. Get going—you wouldn't want to keep him waiting," Blender said, trying to cheer her up.
Rosia exhaled deeply.
She made up her mind to end this charade once and for all.
"If I want to go back to living my normal life, then I have to do this and end all ties with that scumbag," she assured herself and picked up her small purse.
"Your date is here, Sister!" Tonia called from the sitting room.
"Okay, Tonia, I'm coming," she managed to say.
The door swung open, and she saw the driver standing like a statue at the entrance.
"Good evening, miss. Shall we?" he said, pointing towards an expensive car parked in front of the house.
"Sure," she murmured while moving towards the car. The driver rushed to open the backseat door for her.
"Goodbye, Blender," she waved.
"Goodbye, Rosia!" Blender screamed as the car zoomed off, kicking up dust behind it.
That was when Rosia's nervousness peaked.
One could hear her heartbeat. She didn't trust this guy one bit, but she knew she was fully prepared for whatever happened.

He kept looking at his wristwatch repeatedly—it seemed like time had come to a stop.
He just couldn't wait to see his girl for the night.
A very stubborn-headed one at that.
She had really given him a hard time.
Just then, he spotted Rosia walking majestically like a queen into the resort.
His jaw dropped.
She looked simply stunning.
Very, very beautiful.
Words couldn't even compliment her beauty.
He stood up in excitement and walked toward her.
The instant she saw him, her expression changed.
"You look hot and sexy tonight, bitch," he whispered into her ear, and she gnashed her teeth.
"You are so useless and a fool, Raymond," she smiled pretentiously.
He accompanied her to her seat.
"Tonight, she's going to be on my bed, screaming and moaning my name so loud," he thought happily.
The waiter rushed toward them to take their orders.
"Good evening. What would you like to have, sir?" he asked, placing the menu on the table and winking at Rosia.
That made Raymond jealous.
He didn't know why, but he couldn't stand it whenever another man looked at Rosia with such affection.
"I'll take fried chicken and spaghetti with a glass of champagne," Raymond said.
"Okay, sir. Ma'am, please, your order?" the waiter asked, still smiling at Rosia.
"I don't want to order anything," she smiled back.
The jealousy ate at Raymond. He couldn't take it anymore.
"She will take the same order as mine. And if you still love your life, take your eyes off what belongs to me," he said in a husky voice, trying to control his anger.
