"Welcome to a world full of challenges. You have been reincarnated as NPC Elysia De Ravilis."
The voice echoed inside her mind, but Elysia wasn't surprised. There was no confusion, no fear. Only silence and a small, almost imperceptible smirk playing at the corner of her lips. Why bother with confusion? Why bother with fear? This world was just a game, and she—the NPC now occupying this body—was the ruler of this world.
Her eyes slowly opened, scanning the surroundings. Outside, sunlight streamed into the vast room, its golden rays dancing across the polished black marble walls. The sky beyond the window was clear, but inside her mind, everything felt empty. No attachments, no loyalties. There was only one thing she was certain of: I am Elysia, and this world will bow to me.
Her hand, draped in silken golden fabric, slowly reached up to touch her face. The face was beautiful, familiar even, though she had just entered this body. Elysia examined the body she now inhabited—her figure dressed in opulent garments that radiated power. Every inch of her attire screamed authority. This was a body made for a ruler.
RPG systems, laws, reputation? All of it meant nothing to her. Elysia was used to being hated, to being feared. A bad reputation? She couldn't care less. This world spun around her, and she would not change a thing to please anyone.
"What should I do now?" she thought, but before she could ponder further, a voice pierced the silence.
"Your Majesty, the meeting is prepared. We await your command."
The voice came from outside the room, and Elysia heard footsteps drawing closer. The heavy door creaked open, revealing a tall man dressed in dark robes. His eyes were filled with respect, but there was also a hint of fear that he couldn't quite mask.
Elysia didn't look at him. She already knew who she was—Secretary General Manager of the World Union, ruler of this world. The laws of this world lay in her hands, and no one could challenge her.
"A meeting?" Elysia said in a low voice, laced with power. "Bring them in."
The man bowed his head. "As you command, Your Majesty." He quickly left to summon the others.
Elysia stood, her posture regal and full of authority. There was no worry in her. There was no confusion. This was all planned. This was fate, unshakeable and absolute. She knew that this world functioned only by the rules she set. The people outside were just pawns in the grand game she controlled.
Moments later, the door opened once more, and the members of the World Union entered one by one. They were all dressed in formal attire, spreading out in the meeting room, standing carefully at attention. They knew exactly who Elysia was, and they knew that her power, though infamous in the game lore, was absolute. No one dared defy her.
Elysia leaned back in her throne, her arms crossed over her chest. She didn't care about their concerns, their fears. She didn't care about anything. They weren't here to seek her opinion. They were here to receive her commands. That was why they bowed to her, and they would continue to bow to her, until the end of time.
"Your Majesty," one of the members spoke, his voice trembling slightly. Elysia wasn't interested in his anxiety. "The state of the world is spiraling out of control. Some factions are seeking to overthrow the system we've built over centuries."
Elysia scoffed, narrowing her eyes, but showing no sign of fear or concern. "Overthrow the system?" she let out a low laugh, dripping with disdain. "They know nothing."
She stood, her steps firm and authoritative. Every movement of hers exuded the raw power she wielded.
"Tell those who dare oppose me to come," Elysia said, her voice freezing the air around her. "I will show them who controls this world. If they want to destroy the system, they will have to go through me first."
She turned her gaze to the man who spoke earlier. "You're worried? All of you are scared? Good. It means you know who rules this world."
The members of the meeting only lowered their heads in submission. They knew well that Elysia would show no mercy to anyone who stood in her way. This world was hers to command, and she had already decided that no one could change that.
"Do what you must," Elysia continued indifferently. "I don't have time for trivial matters. The World Union won't be shaken just because a bunch of fools want to overthrow it."
Without waiting for further responses, she sat back down on her throne. There was nothing more to discuss. There were no great decisions to be made. Everything was already in motion. Everything in this world was set in place by her design.

Elysia smirked coldly, eyeing the members still standing before her. "This world belongs to me. No one can change that."
