'Hmm... What is it... What kind of feeling is that?'
'I... I am..... Iiii...'
There's nothing around me. The last thing I remember was pitch black, followed by a swarm of bright fireflies. I desperately reached for the brightest of them, but a blinding flash plunged me back into darkness.
Now I am surrounded by impenetrable darkness filled with a viscous substance that impedes movement. I waited and waited endlessly, hoping that something would change. I hoped to see at least a glimmer of light again, but in vain. Time dragged on endlessly. At some point, I was gripped by a primal fear.
Trying to distract myself from the oppressive darkness, I tried to remember something pleasant, but my thoughts were confused in an endless cycle of panic. I could only be aware of my existence, unable to form a single image.
Suddenly, I felt the touch of something warm and soothing, but it only increased my anxiety. I did not understand the nature of this contact, feeling only softness and humidity. It was annoying.
With each passing day, the space around them was shrinking. I'm almost used to the surroundings. If it weren't for the increasing pressure and the strange, distant sounds, I might have been able to relax a little, I guess. But no, I still felt fear. Although there was no obvious danger, the lack of movement and the increasing pressure were exhausting.
After an indefinite time, I tried to move again and, to my surprise, succeeded. As soon as I had time to comprehend the change, I felt a reciprocal movement. Following this, the same incomprehensible sounds came from afar, as if reacting to my careless actions.
I froze, trying to pretend I didn't exist. This situation began to repeat itself with varying frequency, becoming a kind of routine. I almost accepted this monotonous existence, until one day something happened that disrupted the usual course of things.
Suddenly, I was seized by a tremor, accompanied by strange sounds, this time louder and longer. Screams and groans filled the air, mingling with incomprehensible exclamations.
The familiar feeling of warmth and humidity disappeared in an instant. I tried to turn around, trying to understand what was happening, but suddenly I felt suffocated. The darkness and sliminess remained, but now they were accompanied by incessant noise and an acute shortage of air. The situation required decisive action.
And then I saw a light-faint, distant, but so familiar. Despite my growing fear, I resolutely rushed to him. The sounds became clearer, taking shape.
"Pooh"
The brightness of the light, which I was so eager for, turned out to be too intense for my eyes, accustomed to the dark. When I reached my goal, I felt completely exhausted. For a moment, emptiness gripped me, and my consciousness faded.
When I came to myself, I felt something warm, soft, and completely fluffy envelop me. Trying to process what was happening, I suddenly realized how comfortable I was. I felt like I was floating in the clouds. This feeling was so pleasant that I wanted to prolong it as long as possible.
My thoughts were confused, but instinctively I tried to open my eyes to understand the source of this new, amazing sensation.
The picture in front of me confirmed my intuitive hunch: I had gone to heaven.
The first thing I saw was a beautiful woman in her thirties. She looked at me with her sky-blue eyes, as if trying to capture the image of her dearest being in her memory. She was incredibly beautiful. I've never seen such a beautiful sight before. Although I couldn't remember any other women besides this one, I knew I had seen them before, and no one could compare to her.
Her face is like a masterpiece created by nature itself. Her silky silver-white hair seemed like a heavenly gift, more precious than any treasure. And for a smile on her plump lips, a righteous man would be ready to renounce all vows and commit follies.
And that smile was meant for me alone. So gentle and happy. So loving and sincere. I wish I could melt into her completely.
This scene instantly pushed all the chaotic thoughts out of my mind. All that remained was a sense of peace and quiet. In an ecstatic state, I tried to utter the only word that came to mind, but something between a moan and a cry came out of my mouth.:
"Maaaaaaa..."
The beautiful woman gave me an even sweeter smile and gently pulled me towards her. Her soft hands held me like the most precious and fragile treasure. The warmth of the embrace became more and more palpable.
Before I could comprehend what was happening, I felt the touch of her lips, soft as silk and sweet as nectar. She left a kiss on my forehead, filled with such tenderness that I drowned in an ocean of bliss. Closing my eyes, I surrendered to this feeling.
Suddenly, a melodious voice, like the chime of crystal bells, disturbed my peace:
"Fufufu, did Mommy put another angel of hers to sleep? But you do know that you need to fill your tummy first in order to grow up healthy and beautiful like your big sister?"
These words threw me into confusion. Summoning all my willpower, I tried to look around, but my body wouldn't listen. I couldn't even turn my head. All I could do was stare into those bottomless sky-blue eyes, trying to solve the mystery of what was happening.
Mistaking my gaze for agreement, the beautiful woman lowered me a little lower. A new fascinating view opened up in front of me: a large pale pink hill crowned with a charming pink altar. This altar seemed to indicate the final destination of the journey to a traveler lost in beauty.
Stunned by such a sight, I instinctively tried to reach out my hands to the captivating object, wanting to take possession of it. However, his hands turned out to be disobedient and heavy. I tried to say something, but all that came out of my mouth were indistinct sounds of "Maaaaa" and "Daaaaa", more like a baby crying than coherent speech. With horror, I realized that these were exactly the sounds of children.
Realizing my predicament, the kind woman took pity on the starving traveler and brought the sacred altar directly to my mouth.
"Well, well, dear," she said with a gentle smile, "you must be really hungry. Look how big you are compared to your older sister. You need to eat right to stay like this."
During a sacred ritual to saturate my peripheral vision, I noticed another unpretentious priest about my size, who also worshipped a similar shrine. Reacting instinctively to a competitor, I tried to kick him, but the distance between us prevented me from committing such heresy.
In response to my sudden movements, a melodious voice sounded again, trying to calm me down:
"Fufufu... How possessive you are. Don't worry, honey, your big sister won't take your milk. This lady will make sure to be impartial."
Although the meaning of the words eluded me, I nevertheless heeded the soothing tone of prayer and continued to drink more calmly, ignoring my "competitor."
My mood was improving with every passing moment. Surrendering to the moment, I greedily gulped down the milk, as if my fragile life depended on it.
I realized with euphoria that the gentle woman was my mother, and my little sister was lying next to me, doing the same thing. Understanding the situation, combined with an overwhelming sense of calm and security, allowed me to finally put aside all disturbing thoughts.
Lulled by the warmth of my mother's embrace and satiety, I slowly sank into the realm of dreams. The last thing I felt before I finally fell asleep was a light touch of soft lips on my forehead and a soft whisper:
"Welcome to the world, my little ones."
