Layla a seventeen year old girl who lost her parent at the age of three in a car accident she has been staying with Lydia who was her grandma since the time her parents died .
Lydia was all Layla had in the world since the death of her parent,Lydia has been the one taking care of Layla from the very day her parents died .
Layla had learnt alot of morals from Lydia ,Lydia happens to be a very strict,caring ,loving grandma which Layla loved her.
Lydia : Layla come downstairs for your breakfast

Lydia : good now seat and eat your breakfast and I have something important to tell you
Layla : wow grandma you made sandwiches and chocolate shakes
Lydia : keep quiet and eat young lady .Layla we would be moving in two days I spoke with the agent already and the document we would be ready by tomorrow you should start packing your things.
Layla : grandma I don't want to leave capetown can't we just stay
Lydia : Layla we can't stay I know how you feel about moving away from Cape town but I assure u you will love the new place we are moving to and you will make some new friends again and get to go to a better school there I assure you that
Layla : grandma are you sure about this
Lydia : yes I am . Enough of the discussion now eat up .
After Layla finish eating she washed the dishes and kept them back to where they are and she decided to take some walk.
Layla:grandma I want to take some walk
Lydia :ok darling make sure you come back early and don't get into trouble
Layla: (rolling her eyes) yes grandma I won't bye grandma
Layla went out and she love the breeze which embraced her skin she decided to have some walk since most of her friends has moved out from the town .she just hope where her and Lydia is moving to is a very good place .
After a talking a long walk she decided to come back home on her way home she decided to buy se ice creams for her and her grandma ,Layla love the chocolate flavor but Lydia love the vanilla flavor.
Layla: grandma am home and I got some you ice cream
Lydia : oh darling thank you . Layla the agent called me when you left that the document are ready so we will be living tomorrow so you should start packing up . We would be live as early as possible tomorrow so you should pack

Lydia : Layla no complain we are moving tomorrow .
