Chapter 24: Genesis
'Do I have no choice?'
He hesitated, his mind clouding with contemplation. He had a powerful trump card prepared specially for this dungeon, which cost him a lot of money. He could use it now, but that would completely spoil his entire plan. The card was a key element in acquiring the Orb of Elementus, and he felt that losing such an item would drastically decrease his chances.
"Shit!" He winced, his face contorted in pain. The sword had almost emptied all the blood within his body, even he didn't know how he was still alive. His entire body felt weak and powerless.
"I don't care anymore, Fuck it!' The hesitation within his face swept away by the pain and was replaced with resolve. Gritting his teeth, he channeled his mana on his ring, swiftly taking out the trump card.
