Before we proceed, I need to tell, the context upon which its being made, that is the plane of existences here in play.

Cosmological hierarchy: Worlds → Solar systems → Galaxies → Galactic clusters → Universe → Multiverse → Megaverse → Omniverse (3-9 megaverses) → Omniversal cluster (hundreds of omniverses) → Megaomniverse (5 omniversal clusters: Central, Northern, Southern, Western, Eastern)

The Central Omniversal Cluster holds the omniverses of Destruction, Creation, and Order, balanced by leaders Savior ruler of (Omniverse of Order), Destroyer monarch of (Omniverse of Destruction), and Cosmos archon of (Omniverse of Creation)

(Ruler, Monarch or an Archon, all have the same meaning and authority, but to distinguish easily the nature of their ruler, I classified into this)

And where the main protagonist of my story, Arfrotian is traversing is to the periphery of Central Omniversal Cluster, where he finds Icy Omniverse probably of barren life, as he was advised by Savior, well, and Savior is the Ruler of the Omniverse of Order as I mentioned, and basically Arfrotian considered taking his help on the advice of how to control his own powers, rather his uncontrollable red ice Pandora, which could even freeze and erase singularities, and he fears that if he couldn't control this Pandora, what he sought to protect might just get erased from existence due to lack of control or recklessness.
