"Ugh," I grumbled as I opened my eyes, "Where am I?" I muttered to myself as I looked around.I was in some sort of room; its thin walls were made out of wood, along with the floor. I could hear the chatter coming from outside; I must be in some kind of tavern.I took a deep breath, calming myself down, and closed my eyes, recalling my past so far.I have died... twice.I used to be a normal guy on Earth with an obsession with anime, manga, and TV shows. Basically, I was addicted to every form of entertainment. But I wasn't useless, though. I had a job and a normally functioning family; it's just that I was obsessed with these things.Anyway, one day, while I was walking back to my home from the office, I died. Truck-kun hit me.At first, I thought I would meet some beautiful goddess, like those shown in web novels. But I met none. Instead, I floated in a dark space for a very long time before I got reincarnated. At first, I was overjoyed! I could live my dreams, my imaginations, but that was only until I realized what kind of world I was born into—the demon slayer world.I panicked in the beginning, but soon got my act together and started training. And I was very good. So good, in fact, that the upper one paid me a visit! That's right, I fought Kokushibo, but I lost pretty miserably. But he didn't kill me, though. No, instead, he took me in as his disciple. He turned me into a demon and trained me in moon breathing. But at first, I was skeptical. As far as I knew, Kokushibo was always alone, and if he wanted to take a disciple, there were far better candidates than me. But still, I trained hard; I knew that I was never going to be human again, and embracing my new reality was my only option. So I killed. The first time... it was hard. The second.... I hesitated, and by the third, I got used to it. I killed many humans, maybe numbering in the thousands. Overtime, I killed females too; I enjoyed some of them before eating them, and it felt... liberating!!And by the time the cannon started, I had gotten so powerful that I rivaled the upper two, Doma-dono, in power.Since I knew the location of the Ubuyashiki mansion, I acted. I raided that place at night, hoping to be able to kidnap a few women and kill a Hashira or two. Like I said, I embraced my new reality as a demon. But when I reached the mansion, I found out that the Hashiras were having a meeting, but I was hot-headed, never having lost a battle since I fought against my master in the beginning. I went ahead, blinded by my own arrogance; I barged in.I fought all the Hashiras at once and severely injured the Stone, Wind, and Love Hashiras. And managed to kill Fire, Water, Snake, Insect, and finally Tanjiro. And with them, I died too....I looked down at my new pair of hands. Even now, even when I am in another world, millions of miles away from that world, I can still smell the sickening scent of the blood of the humans I've killed.I'm not sorry for what I've done, though. I did what I had to do and in the end, I died....SIGHTaking a deep breath, I shook my head; there is no use in thinking about it now. I should try to gather information first.CREAKI jerked up to my feet, causing the wooden floor beneath me to creak. I then looked around once again. The room was small, with only a bed in the corner and a window opposite. But luckily, there was a broken mirror plastered to the other side of the wall.TAPTAPI walked over to it, my silhouette barely visible in the broken reflections of the mirror. I squinted my eyes as I reached the mirror. And my eyes widened a little as I looked at myself.I am different from my past life; I was taller than before, approximately 6'2"-6'3" in height. I could feel my defined muscles beneath my thick clothes. With a sharp jawline and golden eyes and golden hair, I could be easily taken for royalty wherever I was. But still, I need to know who I was and where I am.But as I continued to look at myself in the mirror, I noticed something. Something in the reflection.I snapped my head around, looking at the bed I had just sat on a few moments ago."N-No way...!" I muttered in disbelief as my golden pupils shrank in utter shock.BADUMP BADUMP BADUMPMy heart thumped against my chest as I walked back toward the bed."H-How did it get here....?" I stuttered, my limbs trembling as I reached the bed.It was a sword, a katana, to be precise. It was stored in a bloodied saya (scabbard) with a fleshy appearance to it.Its tsuba (hilt), circular with four indentations, has a center with several black veins and a golden circle.GULPI gulped down my saliva while my eyes trembled as I reached for the sword. And the moment I touched it,BOOMA slight tremor reverberated in the room. My breath hitched as I tightly held the sword, the sword of my master, the Upper Moon One—Kyokokukamusari (Hollow Cry of the Godless).Made out of his own flesh and blood, since the other swords were never sharp enough, never reliable for my master. My eyes flickered as I grabbed the tsuka (handle), which had the same veiny texture as the hilt, and I clenched my jaw.SHEENA pristine blade of blood-red color with black veins running across it; I could instinctively feel that the sword itself was looking back at me as if alive as I stared at it. Its sharp edge gleaming from the sunlight coming from the window. But, as much as the blade looked like my master's sword, it was different, as it didn't have the iconic eyes my master's sword has.Maybe it was a gift from my master? I don't know; he never talks much, and when he does, it is mostly about the moon-breathing technique.SHEENI put the sword back in its scabbard; I don't know where I am or how this sword got to me."Wherever I may be, I will dominate it!"..........CLICKClosing the door behind me, I was now in a narrow hallway with rooms like mine on either side.I could sense the humidity on my skin while the entire hallway reeked of grime that gave off an awful stench.I scrunched my nose in reaction while I began walking toward the stairs on the right side, from where I could hear men talking and laughing. As I stepped down from the last step, the whole crowd turned around and started to stare at me.Their scrutinizing eyes gazed at me as I stared back. This continued for a few moments before they turned away, resuming their chat.I walked over to the counter with an old man sitting behind it. His gaze was still on me, watching my every move."Good morning," I said as I reached the counter. But the man tilted his head to the side in confusion."Boy, I don't know how much you have been drinking, but this is the evening!" the man replied. A couple of men chuckled behind me, but I ignored them."Where are we?" I asked in reply. The man's eyes squinted further as he looked at me with a gaze full of ridicule. "Seriously!? You don't even know where you are?" the man said in a mocking tone.My eyes flickered for a moment as I contemplated whether I should kill him or not. No one has ever escaped alive for mocking me. But I decided not to, not because I was afraid, but because I didn't want to spill blood just yet, at least not until I got my answers. So I stared at the man blankly, my gaze locking with his.Soon enough, the man sighed and replied, "You are in Casterly Rock, the homeland of the Lannisters!""What...?" I mumbled softly in surprise. I'm in Game of Thrones!?
