In the isolated village of Black Hollow, a terrible curse looms over its people. When night falls, monstrous creatures known as the Veilborn prowl the land—once human, now twisted by an ancient affliction that spreads through their bite. Anyone who is wounded by them risks losing their humanity and becoming one of the horrors that lurk in the dark. As the attacks intensify and the infected increase, Malik learns of an ancient legend—a way to end thecurse once and for all. But time is running out. With his own fate uncertain and betrayal lurking within the village, Malik must make a choice: fight to protect what little remains of his home, or risk everything to uncover the truth behind the Veilborn before he becomes one himself.
