My first breath after waking up felt normal if a bit deeper than normal the second however brought a flood of energy/power to every part of my body and made my lungs tingle.
Snapping my eyes open I'm met with the fact that for some reason I'm standing and holding a katana even though I just woke up, what was weirder is that I for some reason am absolutely certain that the blade is a fiery crimson with out even seeing it.
Thinking about it for a second I am suddenly blasted with an ungodly amount of pain in what felt like the back of my head before a flood of memories not my own came to me. The blurry face of a woman who was pregnant, a man with red black hair holding a child while his wife slept in the other room, of facing a 6 eyed man wielding a blade with countless eyes on it and more.
Eventually the pain and memories subside and so I sat down to collect my self not minding if my haori and uniform got dirty, placing my katana on my lap I slowly settle down my breath leveling even while I use total concentration breathing unconsciously.
After looking through my memories of both people I realise why I was the dominant personality, because Yoriichi Tsugikuni didn't want to live another life without his wife and so gave up before any fight for dominance could even begin leaving everything of his to me.
"You have my thanks Yoriichi Tsugikuni for not only you work in your last world but for also giving me this opportunity, I promise to try my hardest to live up to your expectations"
And to honour not only him but also those of his world I decided to convert all the breathing styles I know into anologs similar to the 'dance of the fire god' to immortalize those who came before.
As I was going through the styles I know I soon found I know more than I should for example I now knew the self made styles like mist, beast, flower, love, insect and the most surprising moon breathing, the discovery of my extra knowledge didn't ruin my plans instead it altered them deciding to only change the moon breathing to become a dance, I got to work.
For hours I worked mentally to change to execution of the dance but to keep the basic concepts and moves all while continuing to do total concentration breathing I hadn't noticed while working but I was so still and so silent that animals started approaching after a while.
When I was finished I gently opened my eyes and slowly got up doing my best to not disturb the animals around me, when I was fully up I moved around the clearing I was in gently nudging the sleeping animals awake and politely asking them to move, I didn't know if Yoriichi's selfless state was effecting how animals react to me but none of the wildlife panicked when I got near them or when waking them up.
When the enough of the area was clear for me to move and practice I slowly drew my sword the crimson blade catching the afternoon light just right.
Holding the blade Infront of myself I took a deep breath and moved.
Pov 3rd person
As the man in the haori moved to the centre of the clearing and drew his blade the few remaining animals watched intently amon them a silver white deer, a beautiful swan, a large wild dog, a massive eagle, a stallion and a common donkey seemed particularly interested in what the man would do.
When he was in the centre of the clearing with is sword held Infront of him he took a deep breath and moved. At first he was moving at normal human speed going through what looked like a complex dance but when the dance looked like it had ended and would just loop back around the man started speeding up before long he was moving faster than humanly possible it was when the man exceeded human speed that the blade he was using burst into flames but the man didn't stop instead he sped up and with the increase in speed did one of the onlookers feel a burst of worship.
"Dance of the fire god" although the man whispered this it carried through the clearing and as he continued the 'swan' received more worship from this one man than an entire months worth combined.
For 24 full hours the man continued this single dance not stopping once for any reason all the while speeding up getting faster and faster, eventual the man surpassed the speed possible for any mortal to reach even surpassing the recorded fastest speed of a demigod. When the 24 hours had passed the man slowed to a stop before taking a breath and settling into a different stance this one looked deadlier more dangerous but also simpler.
When the man started moving again the dance was completely different from the last yet seemed to be a reflection of it all the same where the first dance was gentle and kind almost loving while the second dance was indifferent and deadly but not unpleasant, once again the man started at the max a human to do and slowly sped up.
This time the worship went to the silver white deer and it continueed going to it the entire 24 hours the man danced.
It was at this point after stopping the second dance did the man notice he wasn't hungry or thirsty or even tried so he divided to continue with his dances.
