The next morning, Aiden was up early and immediately head over to Sofia's room. He knocked on the door and Sofia immediately opened the door.
Aiden stepped into the room and sat down on Sofia's bed, while she locked the door. She had been expecting that Aiden would bug her with question, but was surprised he chose to leave her till the morning.
"Something seem odd about this place." Aiden commented.
"What are you talking about?" Sofia asked.
"The last thing I remember before opening my eyes to see that I was in a plane, was eating lunch and how I got to be in a crashing plane is really mysterious." He explained. "Again, the surveillance camera hasn't been active." Aiden explained further.
Sofia on the other hand, believed that Aiden was going to question her about her incidence, but he had chosen another topic, which was much more vital at the moment.
"We need to leave this place." Aiden announced after momentary silence. He realized that staying at the mansion would poise security threat to both of them.
"Where are we headed?" Sofia asked.
"Don't worry; I have my personal apartment that would be conducive for both of us." Aiden assured and Sofia immediately stood up to her feet, began to gather her old clothes that the maid had taken their time to clean up.
"I am ready." She declared.
"Alright, wait for me. I will be back." Aiden stepped out of Sofia's room and went to get his car keys.
They stepped out of the mansion and unto Aiden's black mustang. While cruising along the highway, Aiden checked through the side mirror and realized some group of black van on their trail for some minutes now.
He didn't want to believe that they were after him and turned to the left road, in a bit to determine if he was the target. He checked the side mirror afterwards and realized they were still behind him. For further confirmation, he turned to the right side of the road once more and checked the mirror to realize that indeed, they were after him.
"We have company!" Aiden announced and increased the speed of his car. He observed the black vans behind him and realized that there was only one person that had series of black vans; Justin.
"Do you have a gun?" He asked Sofia, after making sharp turn to the left and Sofia shook her head to say no. She had also noticed the black van and they were indeed Justin's van. Sofia was frightened and began to offer prayers to deities above, not to get caught once more by the demon himself.
Aiden knew that allowing the black van chase him, would only be at his disadvantage. They could outnumber him and there would be no place he could stay. He continued cruising through the highway roads, till he was at the outskirt of New York city, where lots of bushes, covered sides of the road.
"We need to stop here." Aiden announced, pulling the car over.
They both stepped out of the car, Aiden grabbing Sofia's hand and running into one of the bushes, where they found a place to hide.
Meanwhile, Justin 's soldiers took notice of the black mustang and stopped their van right beside it and rushed out to check the car to realize there weren't inside.
"Search around the bushes, they shouldn't have ran too far from us." The leader announced to his men and they commenced their search for both Aiden and Sofia.

Aiden and Sofia had chosen a perfect hiding spot among the bushes. They could clearly see the soldiers, making the search around the bushes, but the soldiers couldn't see them.
"Aiden I am scared!" She announced to Aiden, who held his hands up his mouth, as an indication that she held her peace. Sofia was scared that they would be caught and most likely taken to Justin and she would most likely be punished as Aiden was a friend of Justin.
After minutes of searching round the whole bushes, there was no sign of both Sofia and Aiden. The soldiers reverted back into their black van and left the place. Once they were gone, Aiden and Sofia stepped out of their hiding place. Aiden pulled out his phone and ringed Justin, who picked almost immediately.
"I believe Sofia would have told you everything." Justin spoke first through the phone. "This is my warning to you Aiden, for old time sakes, I need you to bring Sofia to me. She killed my grandfather and deserves to be punished. Failure to do as I have commanded I would hunt you both and find you both."
"You seem to believe that you are the only one powerful in this city Justin. I need you to remember that I belong to the Daniel's family and we have much influence and affluence around this place, just like your family do. You don't want to risk having a war between our families do you?" Aiden asked.
"If its war you want, then you have it. Even if our friendship ends at this point, I will gladly end it. I want you to provide Sofia." Justin demanded more in a very authoritative tone.
"You want war Justin, then war it would be." Aiden declared.
"Aiden! I don't want us to do this, bring Sofia to me and…." Aiden hanged up the phone and immediately searched for his father's contact and ringed him. He didn't pick up right on time however and Aiden immediately ringed his father's assistant and he picked immediately.
"Is my father around?" He asked the personal assistant.
"No, he is back home and is having his rest." The personal assistant replied.
"Very well then, I need you to go back home and inform my father that I am in danger. Ensure to inform him to place a call across to me." Aiden instructed and hanged up immediately.
Sofia on the other hand was fidgeting. She had heard the conversation between Justin and Aiden and knew that a war between the two would leave her in a state of dilemma. She hated coming in between two friends and at this point, there was nothing she could do about it.
