"GRAWLL!!!!" A demon beast roars loudly, making the soroundings, trees, rocks and the ground shakes violently. It is as big as a mountain, ready to shread anything in it's way. Especially, the squad of adventurers in front of it, who are responsible for the injuries they caused on the beast.
The demon beast raises it's claws, empower it with devilish flames and swing it towards the adventurers team. In an instant, the male swordman leaps forward, in front of the claws and start to chant a spell. Not only that his team behind him begins to support him, the female mage and priestess both summon magic circles to cast their own spells to support the swordman.
"[Mana Sword!]", "[Goddess's Blessings!]" Both of the girls shouts, determined to help the swordman slay the beast in front of them. Upon receiving the support buffs, his sword turns shiny blue and his body begins to feel lighter, the swordman smirks and shout his sword skill, "[Sword Technique: Blink!]", in a flash, the sword flashes through the beast, cutting it's arm like cutting a cake.
The demon screams in pain, "ARGHH!! I'LL KILL YOU!!!", with it's heavily injured arm, and the effects caused by the [Mana Sword], the beast can only kneel down, feeling it's energy draining out like blood dropping like water on it's arm. It has never felt such shame in it's entire life, it used to defeat any adventures squad that try to trespass it's lord's castle like a piece of cake. For the first time, it felt fear. Fear as darkness consumes it's will to fight.
Knowing that this is an opportunity to end the beast's life. The male paladin and the swordman nod at each other and charge at the beast. Again, [Mana Sword] is casted on both of them so that they can end this demon's life quickly. The swordman slashes and the paladin stabs, but the beast can only watch it's life be taken away, so simply, it closes it's eyes, and curse, "Damn you!!".
As they thought the battle was over, the front line soldiers realize that they are just attacking... air? But how? They just saw the beast in front of them, now disappear in one second? No, less than that! As all of them were confused, a sound appear behind the squad, they quickly turn back and saw the beast laying there, relieved. However, the most important part is that there is a human-type demon patting the beast back, "You did great, Korick", the beast who is suspected to named "Korick" responds softly, "My... Lord...".
As the adventurers squad are more confused, the human-type demon stands up and sigh, "Welp, I was kinda bored these months...", and end the line with a devilish smirk, somehow enough to make the whole squad tremble... in fear?
"That demon's aura? H-how?" The swordman stutters and start to grip the sword tighter
"A high-ranked demon? C-can we defeat him?" The paladin frowned
"Stay clam! Stay calm, Amy! Damnit!!" The mage curses at herself for shaking in fear
"We can do it guys! J-just like we practiced!" The priestess encourages everyone but still hides herself behind her mage teammate.
Having seen the squad sudden reaction, the demon click his tongue and raise his arm and speak with a sigh, "Come, show me what you got, mortals.". The paladin grits his teeth and scream, "Demon! My name is Sir Clark! I and my squad shall defeat-", not letting Clark continues, the demon sighs and shout, "Cut the fucking dialogue, show me your strength not your loud ass mouth."
Triggered by that taunt, Clark's face turn red and charge at the demon with a huge battle cry, "You! I will slay you!".
