*Chapter 1: The Creation of Adam*
In the Quran, the story of Adam begins with his creation. Allah (God) created Adam from clay, shaping him into a perfect form.
*Quranic Verse:*
"We created you from clay, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed, that We may show you Our signs." (Quran 22:5)
Allah breathed life into Adam, and he became a living being. Adam was created as a vicegerent on earth, entrusted with the responsibility of caring for the planet and its inhabitants.
*Quranic Verse:*
"And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, 'Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.' They said, 'Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?' Allah said, 'Indeed, I know that which you do not know.'" (Quran 2:30)
Adam's creation marked the beginning of humanity's journey on earth. He was given the gift of knowledge and the ability to communicate with Allah.
