"What exactly are you trying to say?" the leader asked, his tone sharp, cutting through the tension in the room.

Hong Tao stepped forward, his posture defiant despite his years. "What I'm saying is—help us, President Fang Ming. 

Just as we've supported Jinhan, we need you to support us."

"Get to the point," the leader snapped, his patience thinning.

Though Hong Tao appeared old enough to be his father, no courtesy softened the younger man's words.

"We're not asking for much," Hong Tao continued. 

"Just a guarantee—a promise that Jinhan will secure a certain share of work for us. We're anxious, you see. We lose sleep wondering if the work will suddenly stop."

"A guarantee?" the leader repeated. "What kind of guarantee are you talking about? The factories are already running at full capacity."

"Just 70%," Hong Tao said. "Allocate 70% of all subcontracted work to us, including whatever increases in the future."
