Chapter 6 - Chapter Six: Purvkka?

Ro stood atop a tower with a smirk playing on his lips. "This is going to kill Purvkka when he realises how much I've beat him" he thought as he calculated his kills "2½ million. My, not bad". His eyes scanned the peace of the night. No humans around, what a waste!

"Perhaps you should try breaking into a couple of homes, you could find enough catch.... though it won't be enough to beat me" A voice called from behind him. Ro paused, a frown appeared on his face. "No pleasure meeting you - Brother" he said without turning around. Purvkka's demeanor was calm and relaxed - everything that you could call an Angel... that was Purvkka. Silky smooth silver hair, bright emerald green eyes, and an incredibly handsome face with the build of a demigod- that was Purvkka.

"I reconsiderd my decision and turns out, I might just let you return to Hades" Purvkka said with a warm smile. Ro scoffed "I'm not going anywhere" he said with finality.

Purvkka frowned. "That's no way to talk to your seniors you know"

"Well guess what Purvkka, we're in earth and there's no rules here that I have to abide to, so get your stupid butt out of my life. At least let me be happy where I am now and don't try to spoil it for me. You've taken everything away from me, this is what I have left... happiness, a new way of life, better than yours and it's only a matter of time until I surpass you, so don't get too excited"

"Whoah, take it easy there Vintaskii. But I must say, that's a lot of nerve for a quirmed up boy that couldn't even lift a sword. You've really changed Ro".

Ro smiled.

Phoenix Restaurant

Café

Ro and Purvkka were seated at a table adjacent eachother. "So tell me what really made you change" Purvkka asked slurping the noodles with reckless abandon, the strands disappearing into his mouth with a soft whooshing sound.

"Nothing!"

"Interesting. So you had a change of heart out of the blue, even a child wouldn't believe you."

Ro sighed, "I lost one of my lives and my powers faded a bit... I'm no longer invincible" he admitted. He expected Purvkka to get mad at him but instead, he frowned. "Pathetic humans, who knew they were so good at cooking" Purvkka said with a grin.

"Wha..?"

"Seriously", Purvkka said with narrowed eyes "only I am allowed to bully you, it's unfair they got to kill you first"

"You knew?"

"I was so curious to know how you would last on your own, so I followed you, but then... I say this really great restaurant across the street"

"Are you kidding me?! I could've died!"

"But you didn't. Guess I was right, you did learn your lesson" Purvkka said with a grin.

Ro sneered at him, who chooses dinner over his own blood. But to think of it, Purvkka did have a point.

His thoughts were interrupted by a waiter that walked up to them, his gaze closely fixed on Purvkka with a hint of annoyance. Purvkka had eaten ten bowls of noodles and he still hasn't paid and to top it all, both brothers had been there for almost six hours now. The sun was rising already.

The waiter didn't hide his annoyance and ordered them to go wash the dishes if they were too broke to pay.

Purvkka grinned at him and spoke looking out the window "look mr., isn't it a wonderful day"

The waiter sneered at him,

" ... A day to die" and in an instant, the waiter dropped dead

Purvkka turned to Ro with a warm smile "see that? That's a warning of next time you raise your voice to me okay?"
