As she walked back to her apartment, alone and defeated, Yukachan couldn't help but wonder what she had done wrong. Was it something she said? Something she did? Or was it just that he didn't love her enough?
She spent the rest of the day in a daze, unable to eat or sleep. She just lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, and wondering what could have been.
As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into months, Yukachan slowly began to pick up the pieces of her shattered heart. She started going out with friends again, trying new things, and focusing on herself. But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't shake off the feeling that a part of her was missing.
One day, while out on a walk, Yukachan stumbled upon a small antique shop. She had never seen it before, and something about it drew her in. She pushed open the door and was immediately hit with the scent of old books and dust.
As she browsed the shelves, Yukachan eyes landed on an old piano. It was beautiful, with intricate carvings and a rich, mahogany finish. She couldn't resist the urge to play it, and as her fingers touched the keys, she felt a surge of emotions.
She played for hours, lost in the music and the memories. And when she finally stopped, she felt a sense of peace wash over her. It was then that she realized she had been living in the past for too long.
Yukachan left the shop that day with a newfound sense of purpose. She started playing music again, something she had put aside when she was with him. She started writing songs, and singing, and slowly but surely, she started to heal.
It wasn't easy, and there were still days when the pain felt like it was suffocating her. But Yukachan knew that she couldn't stay stuck in the past forever. She had to keep moving forward, no matter how hard it was.
As she looked back on the experience, Yukachan realized that she had learned something valuable. She had learned that sometimes, you have to let go of the things you want most, in order to find yourself. And she had learned that even though it may seem impossible at the time, you can always find a way to heal, and to move on.
