Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: Rewriting Reality – The Programmer’s Dominion

Kaito sat in his room, staring at the programming interface he received from God. The glowing symbols and lines of code shimmered in the air like a complex puzzle waiting to be solved. He had already tested several magic combinations, improving their efficiency and reducing their mana consumption. Now, he had moved on to something much more ambitious—creating non-elemental magic from scratch and upgrading existing ones by modifying their core codes.

With a few swift commands, he restructured the fundamental framework of a basic telekinesis spell, removing any unnecessary restrictions and enhancing its precision. The results were immediate—objects no longer required his direct focus to move, and he could now manipulate multiple items simultaneously with ease.

Encouraged by his success, Kaito turned his attention to teleportation magic. He had seen how it worked in this world, requiring intricate magic circles and a precise understanding of coordinates. But with his ability to view and alter magic at its core, he streamlined the process. Within minutes, he created a new teleportation spell—one that required no chanting, no circles, just a thought. He tested it by teleporting himself around the room, appearing and disappearing in an instant.

"This is too easy," he muttered with a grin. His mind raced with endless possibilities. Magic here followed strict rules, but he wasn't bound by them—he could rewrite them entirely.

A thought occurred to him. If magic could be programmed, what else could he create? His mind flooded with ideas. Artificial intelligence, automated systems, aircraft, an entire city governed by programming—no, an entire nation! His heart pounded with excitement as he formulated a plan. But first, he needed to test the feasibility of creating artificial intelligence.

He worked tirelessly through the night, writing and refining lines of magical code, integrating logic and self-learning algorithms into a core framework. Hours passed in the blink of an eye, and finally, he had done it—an AI program, capable of learning, adapting, and assisting him with magical research.

"Let's see if this works." Kaito activated the AI.

A soft blue light flickered in the air, forming a glowing cube. A voice, smooth and neutral, spoke. "System activation complete. Awaiting commands."

Kaito grinned. "It worked."

The AI, which he decided to name Nova, was capable of processing vast amounts of magical data, assisting in spell creation, and even optimizing magical structures to reduce their mana consumption. It was the first step toward a future where he could automate magic itself.

With Nova running, his ambitions soared even higher. He wanted to create a smartphone or even a supercomputer, but he quickly realized that the magical components available in this world wouldn't be sufficient. He needed something more, something beyond the limitations of this reality.

Then it hit him—he could simply change the laws of the world itself. He had already modified magic codes; why not rewrite the rules governing this world's very existence?

Driven by this realization, he began working on what he called "Creation Magic." If successful, it would allow him to manifest anything he desired, whether it be technology, materials, or even entire landscapes. He spent the next few hours carefully constructing the framework, ensuring that it adhered to the magical laws of the world while still granting him unlimited creative freedom.

Just as he completed the spell, a sudden knock on his door interrupted his thoughts. He turned to see Amelia and Lilia standing there, their expressions a mix of curiosity and impatience.

"Kaito, it's time for your magic training," Amelia reminded him.

"You've been holed up in here all night," Lilia added. "Don't tell me you didn't sleep."

Kaito smirked, closing his programming interface. "Sleep? Who needs sleep?"

Before stepping out, he decided to check his status. He quickly realized that his mana and stamina had limits, but those limits were just numbers—numbers he could change. With a few quick modifications, he set both to infinite. Then, he went one step further—he removed fatigue from his body's system entirely. Now, he would never get tired, no matter how much he worked.

His mind was brimming with even more ideas. If he could rewrite magic and his own body's limitations, what else could he achieve?

Future Projects:

A city governed entirely by AI and magic, free from human inefficiency. Floating fortresses, capable of traveling across the world with ease. Magic-infused technology, merging the best of both worlds. An automated defense system using drones and golems, all programmed by him. A system that allows him to instantly learn any spell just by analyzing its code. A way to connect minds telepathically, enabling instant communication across vast distances.

Kaito smirked. This world had no idea what was coming.

With his newfound abilities and limitless potential, he was ready to reshape reality itself.

And this was just the beginning.
