"I've received a report from my scout that the Black Moon Pack is constructing a wall around their whole territory." Moss growled, his expression darkening.
"How can that be possible?" Victor laughed mockingly, his tone dripping with disdain. "Do you think building a wall around all four borders is a joke? That requires manpower, resources, and at least six to twelve months of labor. Your scouts must be seeing things, Moss."
Victor's smirk grew wider, causing the scars on the face to amplify his terrifying looks, but Moss's expression only turned grimmer, his eyes flashing with a warning. "My scouts don't make mistakes, Victor. And neither do I."
Victor sneered, "And your words are enough to convince us? I think not, Moss. We need proof, not empty claims."
Moss's jaw clenched, his eyes flashing with a hint of anger. "What's stopping you from going there yourself to take a look?" he growled, his tone laced with frustration.
