Chapter 2 - The mysterious studio

The next morning, I arrived at the Akiba Anime Studios, my heart racing with excitement. The building was located in a quiet neighborhood in Tokyo, and from the outside, it looked like any other office building.

But as I stepped inside, I knew that this was no ordinary studio. The lobby was filled with colorful posters and character designs, and the air was buzzing with creative energy.

I approached the reception desk, where a friendly woman with a bright smile greeted me.

"Welcome to Akiba Anime Studios, Taro! We're so glad you could make it. Let me just check the schedule...okay, yes, you're right on time. Please, follow me."

Finally, we arrived at a large conference room, where a group of people were waiting for me. There was a tall, imposing man with a stern expression, a young woman with a bright pink hairstyle, and several other artists and writers who looked like they had just stepped out of an anime.

The woman with the pink hair stood up and greeted me. "Hi, Taro! I'm Mika, the lead character designer here at Akiba Anime Studios. We're so excited to have you on board."

The imposing man nodded at me. "I'm President Tanaka, the founder of Akiba Anime Studios. We've been following your work, Taro, and we're impressed. We think you have a lot of potential as a manga artist and anime creator."

I felt a surge of pride and gratitude at his words. "Thank you, President Tanaka. I'm honored to be here."

President Tanaka smiled. "We're glad to have you, Taro. Now, let's get down to business. We have a project in mind that we think you'd be perfect for. It's a new anime series, based on a popular manga. We think you have the talent and the passion to bring it to life."
