At first, I didn't understand what was happening.

The whole place was white, without limits, without end. In front of me was a black screen with the words written in a cold, dry font:

[ You are dead ]

I stood staring at the words, trying to grasp them, but my head was empty. I didn't remember how I got here, just a vague feeling that something had been taken from me. Then another screen appeared:

[ Do you agree to reincarnate? ]

Why don't I remember? Who am I? And what happened to me? I looked to my side, and I saw her... my beloved, she was standing there, silently staring at her screen. She turned to me, looked into my eyes, and calmly said:

"Let's meet in the new life."

I smiled, even though I didn't understand, even though something inside me was screaming that I had forgotten something important.

I reached out and pressed the "Agree" button.

Crying.

Confused voices, dim light, a strange feeling engulfing me. My body was small, weak... wait, my body? I raised my little hand in front of my face, I was a baby... I had been reborn.

That voice belonged to a man, he seemed tired, but he spoke the name firmly.

Lucifer? Is that me?

I looked up at him, his face was unclear, as if my eyes hadn't gotten used to seeing yet. But he seemed like a noble man, someone with authority.

Who is he?

I didn't have time to think, because a transparent screen appeared in front of me, similar to the one I saw in the white void:

[ Family: Villaros (illegitimate son) ]

[ Kingdom: Castreville ]

[ Level: 1 ]

Then another screen appeared:

[ You have an exclusive skill waiting to be unlocked ]

[ You have the right to choose a patron ]

I froze in place, or rather, I couldn't do anything but look at those words that would determine my destiny.

So... my story has begun.
