Chapter 1 - The beginning

---

The breathtaking view of the mountain range unfolded before them, with an advanced city nestled between the peaks. At first glance, the city seemed peaceful, but there was an undeniable tension in the air.

Suddenly, figures zipped through the trees with the grace of ninjas, their sleek nano suits perfectly molded to their bodies. One of them wielded a sword, glowing with a vibrant blue light—more like a lightsaber than a traditional blade.

As one of the figures leaped from tree to tree, a voice broke through the silence. "We've found it."

A girl, watching from below, asked with a hint of disbelief, "Is it really... that?"

The muscular man beside her, his stature commanding, nodded. "Yeah, it's that."

He was the captain, and the group trusted his judgment without question.

The girl's eyes widened with hope. "Does this mean the District A problem will be solved?"

The captain didn't answer right away. Instead, he motioned toward the distance, where a massive cave stood in the heart of the mountains. The golden coating on its entrance shimmered in the light—an almost mythical sight. Golden-coated caves were incredibly rare, and even more so for being dangerous.

"This is it," the captain said, his voice heavy with caution. "But be warned… these caves are more dangerous than you can imagine."

The girl flashed a confident smile, her charm undeniable. "Don't worry, Captain. If you're with us, we'll be safe, 100%," she said, her voice full of warmth.

The captain gave a nod, his expression softening for a moment. "Of course. Let's go, then."

With that, the team entered the cave, their fate uncertain but their resolve strong.

Scene Shift

Inside a massive base, an assembly line of soldiers stood in perfect formation. They wore grey nano suits, sleek and imposing. Each soldier had a sword holstered at their side, the blades almost blending into the suits. There were 100 soldiers in all, lined up in ten rows and columns, standing at attention.

On a raised stage, a man stood, his athletic body clad in a nano suit. His voice, calm yet powerful, echoed through the large space. Despite the sheer number of soldiers, the advanced nano armor amplified his voice, ensuring that every soldier heard him clearly.

"Soldiers," the captain's voice rang out, and the room fell silent. "You are all newly joined, and I know this mission will be difficult. Three high-ranking officers from District A were killed. As a result, Districts C and D have been assigned a mission to recover their bodies—or, if they're alive, bring them back. District E has been tasked with assisting. Your role is simple: act as human shields, carry their items, and ensure their mission is completed."

A heavy silence hung in the air as the weight of the orders settled in.

Suddenly, a voice broke the tension. A young soldier, his frustration palpable, shouted, "Sir, is that really our mission? What kind of mission is this? After all the training, we're just going to be human shields? We have pride, too! District E isn't just some tool!"

The captain's gaze hardened. His expression was stern, yet there was a flicker of understanding in his eyes. "I can't change the orders," he said, his voice firm yet tinged with regret. "This comes from the district operator. If you don't want to go on this mission, you're free to leave. But I know you won't. You have families to take care of, and you're here for them. That's why you'll follow through."

The young soldier's anger simmered, but he remained silent, knowing the captain was right. The reality of their situation hit hard, but there was no escaping it. They were soldiers, and this was their duty.
