The car came to a stop. The driver suddenly turned back and apologized.
"Sorry sir , there was a cat crossing the road".
Jaehyun just looked at the side without any emotions.Suddenly he pushed open the car door and came out.
" You can take the car to your home. I'll just walk back from here".
The driver tried to say something but Jaehyun already started walking.
When the car finally left , he slowed down and started thinking about everything that happened the last few years.
He was pursuing his childhood crush for many years for it to come to an end with a ' I'm sorry' from the other party.
Today he was determined to let it go if the other party refused.
And now he's finally confessed and got rejected.This wasn't the first time he confessed but this will definitely be the last time for sure. Because he's going to get married to someone else.
He was deep in thought when a commotion started not far away.
It was a group of three men passing flirty comments towards a girl.It was late at night so Jaehyun felt that it was not okay to ignore it.
Suddenly one of the men put his arms around the girl.
He was starting to walk fast to help the girl when something he never imagined happened.
The girl took the arm of the guy and threw him away and started fighting with the remaining two guys.It was a one man show as the girl dominated the fight.
Jaehyun watched in shock when those three men started running away fearing the girl who was short in stature.
Who was he thinking of helping.That girl was capable enough to frighten a group of men.
He sighed in relief ,now he didn't have to involve himself in other people's affairs he's not interested in.
Jaehyun started walking only for him to get a shock again.
The girl in front of him started crying.
'I should just ignore it'. That was the first thought that came to his mind.
