After completing his graduation, Captain James began searching for jobs related to his Information Technology course. However, due to his lack of technical skills and knowledge, he struggled to clear interviews.
One day, his friend invited him to attend a private bank job interview. Although James hadn't applied, his friend had submitted his application on his behalf. James decided to attend for the experience.
Surprisingly, James cleared the initial test, while his friend didn't. James then faced a group discussion and personal interview, where he struggled to express himself confidently.
Despite his doubts, James received an email from the bank offering him the position of Assistant Manager with a salary of ₹25,000 per month. Overjoyed, James accepted the offer.
James was posted in Bangalore for nine months, where he met people from diverse backgrounds and languages. Despite initial difficulties, he completed his training successfully.
After the training, James was posted as a System Manager at a private bank branch. He shared a bachelor room with friends from his village and continued his job, but his alcohol habit persisted.
James' relationship with Madhu, the girl he loved during graduation, ended as she chose someone from her own caste. Heartbroken, James focused on his job but struggled to control his alcohol addiction.
Due to health issues, James decided to stay with his mother and started a poultry farm to support his family financially. However, after a year, the farm incurred losses, and James closed it down.
James' family, including his married sister, relied on him financially. With the poultry farm closed, James continued working at the bank, supporting his family.
This marked a significant turning point in James' life, as he navigated the challenges of his job, personal relationships, and family responsibilities.
