December 20 2020 The great detective still drowsy from last night, gets up early to head into the office to catch the mysterious thief.
Though he has a hunch as to who it could be.
In the U.S. and across the world the tale of the legendary thief who is constantly trotted by the Genius detective is even more common than Santa Claus.
A master of desguise and defying death Neruse Lupin the 7th has quite the reputation.
"Morning detective" spouts the green nosed new detective eager to make a name for himself.
"Good morning, Leon" states the drowsy detective.
"I have a feeling Lupin is up to no good again" the detective declares disheartenedly throwing his head into his hand.
"But, he's no match for you detective"
"You flatter me"
"Did you finish those reports?"
"Yes, there right here" the young detective reaches into a large envelope. And takes out 3 blue spheres that detonate instantaneously!
The detective who has a hunch was too late to react, immediately the whole office is infused in smoke.
The "young detective" is nowhere to be found.
"Don't let him leave! Catch him at all costs!"
"That devilish Lupin is in our midst!"
"I want all men on the Job don't let him escape this building!"
"Excuse me." Says Lupin who is equipped with a gas mask crawling on the floor through the distressed officers blinded, and incapacitated by the smoke.
"Well that was easy!" Say Lupin who left the room and is now running down the hallway
"Damn!"
Lupin's escape route is immediately blocked off by a small group of officers who slide around the corner.
Looking the other way, Lupin sees he's trapped on both sides. With no other options he runs into the nearest room.
"Don't fall for it" the detective shouted at the inexperienced officers already interning the room. Who are met with countless fireworks.
"Whaaa!" "What the hell!?" Screams the offers scrambling to get out of the room.
But Lupin, expecting this, rigged the door and now the offers were locked in desperately trying to break the door down.
Lupin takes the opportunity to knock one of the officers unconscious and dawn his uniform behind a desk.
Lupin, now disguised as an officer, easily escapes the building rendezvous with his partner in crime, Jizou, a master of getaway driving.
"Took you long enough"
"Yea, I kinda ran into some trouble"
"Who cares, get in" they take off zoom it speeds over 220 mph in a Bugatti weaving through traffic"
"After them!" Shouted the excuses detective hoping in the passenger side of a police cruiser.
"Looks like they're not gonna let us off easy!" Snarks Lupin
"They'll have to keep up first!" Says Jizo flooring it
Police helicopters can only travel at around 150 mph that's why when high speed chases occur while the suspect is in a supercar the pursuit Is often abandoned.
Knowing this and with incredible driving talent Jizo is almost always able to get away with little to no issues.
That was the case until a cat sprints onto the road!
"Damn!" Jizo, who realizes the consequences of swerving at 270 mph, is unwilling to kill the cat.
They go flying, flipping 8 times and lighting the 2.5 million dollar car on fire.
"We have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up!" The two are completely surrounded by over 30 police cars
"Ok, ok. I hear you loud and clear" says Lupin who complies leaving the car followed by Jizo.
"Detective, have you ever heard the phrase don't put all your eggs in one basket?"
"What the Hell are you talking about?" Before he can even react the helicopter who was following them starts descending at an alarming speed.
"Who's flying that thing" shouts the detective
who notices there is only one person flying the plane, a female, with long blue hair, and a gorgeous face matching the description of the cat burglar Nana.
"It's Nana, stop her at all costs" the detective has wrangled with Nana before, she's a thief who uses her good looks and seduction to pull off heists that can range from millions to billions of dollars.
But by then it was to late Lupin and Jizo we're already in the the helicopter and leaving
"Later detective" says the gorgeous female thief is known for teaming up with Lupin. Blowing a kiss to words the frustrated detective.
"Damn! Lupin when I catch you you're goons need a damn good lawyer!" Shouts the detective throwing his hat on the ground
"Everyone, we're heading back!" They all return to the police headquarters defeated, but by this time the detective is used to this. Enraged this time he devises a plan…
