Chapter 22 - Epilogue: The Legacy of Thunder

(Soft rain falls over the ruins of the battlefield. The world has begun to heal, but some wounds run deeper than time can mend. Patricia stands alone on a hilltop, staring at the vast sky. The wind plays with her hair as she clutches something in her hand—Angel Victor's broken pendant.)

Flashback – A Moment of Love

(A warm evening. The team had just won a battle, and for the first time in weeks, they could breathe. The hideout was filled with laughter, but outside, under the moonlight, Angel Victor and Patricia sat together, away from the noise.)

Angel Victor: (grinning, leaning back on his hands) "You always nag me, you know that?"

Patricia: (smirking, nudging him playfully) "Someone has to keep you in check. Otherwise, you'd get yourself killed."

(He turns his head to her, his smile softening. There's something different in his eyes tonight—something deeper.)

Angel Victor: (softly) "And if I do?"

(Patricia's playful smirk fades. She meets his gaze, her heart tightening.)

Patricia: (whispering) "Don't joke about that."

(Angel Victor chuckles but takes her hand gently. The usual teasing is gone—there's only warmth between them now.)

Angel Victor: (seriously) "I mean it, Patricia. If something ever happens to me… I want you to live. To be happy."

(Patricia grips his hand tighter, shaking her head.)

Patricia: (whispering) "I don't want to live in a world without you."

(Angel Victor exhales, brushing a strand of hair from her face.)

Angel Victor: (smiling softly) "Then let's make this moment last."

(He leans in, and for the first time, they kiss—slowly, deeply. A kiss filled with unspoken promises and lingering fears. That night, they let go of everything else. Just for them. Just for now.)

Present – A New Beginning

(Back on the hilltop, Patricia places her hand on her stomach. A new life growing inside her. His child. The last piece of him she has left.)

(Teni approaches from behind, placing a comforting hand on Patricia's shoulder.)

Teni: (softly) "He's still with you."

(Patricia doesn't turn. She closes her eyes as the wind carries a distant rumble of thunder.)

Patricia: (whispering to the sky) "You'll always be with me, won't you?"

(A sudden breeze surrounds her, warm and familiar, as if answering her. She smiles faintly, placing her hand over her heart.)

(The storm has passed. But his legacy lives on.)
