Synopsis
In an age long forgotten, a queen slumbers, imprisoned in the In-Between, a victim of a devastating betrayal that shattered her kingdom, stole her twin and cost her everything. Alongside her, others of her kind share her fate, trapped in a twilight existence. From this tragedy, a prophecy arose: three triplets, born under a unique celestial alignment, hold the key to awakening the queen and finding another, lost to the shadows. But how can they fulfill their destiny when the memory of the queen, her people, and the very events that led to their downfall has been erased from the world's collective consciousness? Their journey will be fraught with peril, mirroring the original betrayal with trials of their own. Separated and tested, they must learn to wield the power of love, a force capable of mending the deepest wounds and bridging the chasms of forgotten history. For in this age of amnesia, they will discover that everything is connected, and the fate of the queen, their lost kin, and the world itself rests upon their ability to remember what has been forgotten.

Chapter 1 - Forgotten In-between

I have been forgotten. My kind—once revered, feared, and adored—has been lost to time, buried in the annals of a world that no longer remembers us. We are trapped in an abyss of nothingness, suspended between existence and oblivion. In the In-Between, where there is no light, no sound, no sense of time. Only the void, and the whispers of what once was. The cold seeps into our very essence, a constant reminder of the life we've lost, the warmth we crave.

We were powerful. More powerful than any beings before or after us. Our strength could shape mountains, command seas, and ignite the stars themselves. We danced with cosmic energies, weaving them into the fabric of reality. Our laughter echoed through the valleys, our songs painted the skies with vibrant hues. Yet, for all our might, we could not prevent our downfall. A cataclysm, born of betrayal and hubris, tore through our ranks and condemned us to this eternal prison. It began with the Fallen, a whisper, a seed of doubt planted in fertile ground, blossoming into a tempest of fear and paranoia. Brother turned against brother, sister against sister, and the very foundations of our society crumbled. and so the Fallen were born creatures of jealousy, envy and fear.

At the center of it all were the Queens—the most powerful of us all. Born to love and protect humans. Ayid and Diya, two halves of the same soul, once they were a beacon of hope, now seperated and torn apart. They who shone brighter than the sun and bore the weight of our collective hope. One is trapped, her radiance dimmed, her strength dormant. Her red hair, once a cascade of light, now hangs limp and lifeless. Her vibrant eyes, which once held the wisdom of ages, are now closed, sealed by an unending sorrow. She does not speak, nor does she move. Only her weeping breaks the silence of the abyss, a sound so haunting it reverberates through the very essence of our being. Her despair is endless, a chasm deeper than the one that holds us. It echoes the pain of a thousand lost worlds, the agony of a love betrayed.

The other lost in the sands of time, destined to be morned by the other forever.

We have tried, over countless eons, to free ourselves from the In-Between. Together, we have pushed, clawed, and willed against the chains that bind us, but our efforts yield nothing. We have woven our powers together, a symphony of lost magic, but the void remains unmoved. The abyss tightens its grip, unyielding, unbroken, feeding on our collective despair. It whispers promises of oblivion, tempting us to surrender, to fade completely into the nothingness.

We are connected, bound to one another in a web of emotions that spans the void. We feel each other's sadness, love, anger, and fear as if they were our own. But above all, we are drowned in her all-consuming despair. It is a weight we cannot escape, a shadow that darkens even our brightest memories. The memory of her smile, the echo of her laughter, now feel like cruel taunts, reminders of what we have lost.

What has become of the world we once protected? We do not know. Did the sun continue to rise? Did the rivers continue to flow? Or did the world fall, consumed by chaos in our absence? Did they remember us? Did they whisper our names in the wind? These are the questions that haunt us as we drift in silence, each one a shard of ice piercing our hearts. We can only wait, clinging to the faint hope that she will wake, that her tears will cease and her light will return. We hope for the other to be found to make whole what was torn asunder. We whisper prayers to forgotten gods, begging for a sign, a glimmer of hope in the suffocating darkness.

Or perhaps... we will wait for the prophercy of the world we left behind. Those who will not only remember us but will possess the strength to shatter the prison that holds us. A descendant of our bloodline, carrying within them a spark of our ancient power. A prophecy whispers of three, born under a blood red moon, their fates intertwined with ours.

Until then, we are but echoes, forgotten guardians of a forgotten age. And we wait. We watch. We hope. And we weep with the sleep one, our hearts breaking in unison with hers, her sister missing and they betrayed by that fickle witch...Fate.
