The dimly lit room is filled with all kind of furniture that has been added bit by bit since two years ago.

It is a small room, but comfortable enough to be lived by a single woman in her mid twenties like me. I first moved in to this three-roomed apartment right after being offered a job in the city, and had never tried to move out ever since.

While living in the middle of this busy city center, there has never been a time more anticipated by my poor self other than Sunday, the only off day I have throughout the long, hellish week.

Sad.

But true.

That's the harsh reality that I have come to accept from my first day of work, since at the end of the day, the money I make from this job is the one that allows me to pay the rent for this comfortable room, and fill my stomach with food.
