Chapter 1 - 1. Get To Know Each Other

"How dare you say Laozi is shit when you're scoring last?! Are you a wall spirit?! You're a bit too thick!!" Wen Zihao dropped all pretenses as an amiable teammate, his hands holding the mouse tensed and his fingers on the keyboard locked.

"Fuck you! What kind of nanny can't even give milk properly!" A voice in his headphones sounded equally irritated.

"How can they give you milk while you're swinging all about the enemy territory?! Do you want them to follow you to death?! Did you leave your brain in you mother's womb?!" Zihao looked at his monitor with intensity, as if wishing to open up the head of the other person and check if they really have brains.

"Ge you're going to anger yourself to death, calm down calm down, don't bother with him anymore." A small pleading voice sounded in his headphones and Zihao humped loudly then refused to pay attention to that person he deemed idiot.

Standing in front of his team as his team slowly pushed the objective, he strived to protect his healers and DPS, soaking all the damage while struggling to push the objective , even so, his effort didn't bring forth good result, a useless struggle as general can't fight a whole army alone. Zihao clicked his tongue as he looked at the big Defeat on his screen.

"It's alright Ge, this is just one game." Said Ye Ya, trying to console him. His Ge is very nice, just that he's quick to anger and won't let go of a bit of slight.

"I know, we're just unfortunate to have encountered such trash, lets go, I promised to carry you to Platinum." Zihao wasn't a nasty person usually but he won't stand aside when his friend was being talked shit on, besides Ye Yao wasn't even half bad and played rather well for his rank as well as their other healer. "Btw try to invite the Susan, he did rather well and its not bad to have another player on our side."

After successfully inviting the Susan, they then played a few matches, in all of those matches, the Sue didn't speak once but he managed to be in sync with Wen Zihao and Ye Yao while also continuing to also improve his gameplay. Seeing how late it was, Ye Yao apologized to Wen Zihao and said that he have to sleep now, Wen Zihao bid him goodbye and asked the other person in the party, "Do you still want to play?"

[_Yun: Sure.]

Accustomed to his succinct replies, he started a match. As the match went on, it was obvious that the other team was also rather good, they repeatedly picked off is team mate and even went to the match chat to talk trash. Seeing this, his other team mates seem to agree with the enemy and opened voice chat to trash his team mate. Wen Zihao was once again incensed, "Someone play tank, I wont be soaking for ya'll trashes, you can't even protect the healer with you on the backlines yet you still talk trash. Take this time between rounds and gargle bleach." Saying so, he switched from off tank to a DPS, Richards.

"Turn of the match chat and keep only the friend chat, you don't need to listen to those trash. As the second round started, Wen Zihao started the arduous process of beating up the enemy team's nanny but as he look around, he noticed that the enemy's ninja was no where to be found, after helping the insect go back to spawn, she immediately started ushing to his team's backline and found the enemy ninja trashing his Susan.

"This isn't the date night you planned for us right?" The character Zhou Yun was using voiced, then as he was on the verge of death, something blocked the ninja's hit, bouncing in front of him. "No of course not." The other party's character replied as he continued to hit the ninja who was bothering him earlier, with the end of his skill cooldown, he healed both himself and the other before watching the other party bounce in the enemy team and wreak havoc. The game continued this way, with Wen Zihao rushing in to save him whenever the enemy tried to kill him, as the end of the game neared, and the hold of their objective remain strong, the enemy grew desperate, popping multiple ultimates, the enemy team managed to take them down, only leaving, Zhou Yun.

With his lips pursed, Zhou Yun then stood his ground, trying to buy time for his teammate's revival, and just as his life was about to be drained away, someone took hold of the witch and threw them off the map, he the saw someone's big back shielding him, entangling with the enemy, and tying to take their attention off him.

Zhou Yun watched as the other party's about to die and used his skill the second the cool down ended, a shield appeared in front of the other that healed and shielded them, in this manner, they managed to grab hold of the objective and prevented the enemy to take over.

Looking at the big Victory in his screen, Zhou Yun couldn't help but feel a bit proud, so this is why most people his age became engrossed in games, it is very satisfying to win a game you knew you did your best on.

"Brother, we play really well together, do you still want to play some other time?" A voice interrupted his thoughts. Remembering how this person protected him well, and even defended him against awful team mates, Zhou Yun can't help but feel relaxed with playing together so he agreed.

Wen Zihao had a new appreciation for this person, and wanted to play with them again. Looking at the other's reply, he was struck dumb.

[_Yun: Tell me when. My WeChat is @Yun19]

Should he tell the other that he can just send the other a party invite and just hoped that the other party will agree?
