Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: The Temptation Of A Queen And Her Fox

The night air was thick with tension as Leo lay in the bed, his body still shuddering from the fiery passion he had shared with Zyra, the Wolf Queen. The heat of her claim had left him both satisfied and restless, a strange mix of exhaustion and longing coursing through his veins. Her possessiveness had only deepened, and now, with the lingering taste of Lira's kiss on his lips, Leo knew he was caught between two beast women who wouldn't let him go.

Zyra had left him in her chambers, and though she promised to return by morning, Leo could still feel the weight of her absence pressing on him. But the room wasn't empty—far from it.

A soft sound, like the whisper of silk, echoed in the silence. Lira stepped into the dimly lit room, her lithe figure moving with the grace of a predator. Her fox-lime eyes gleamed with mischief, and she wore the same seductive smile that had haunted Leo's thoughts since the first time they met.

"You've been a bad boy," she said seductively, her voice a silky caress that sent a shiver of anticipation through his body. "Letting Zyra mate with you so thoroughly..... What would you say if I showed you something even more delicious?"

Leo's body tensed, but his mind was a tangled mess. He wanted to push her away, but something inside him longed for her touch. Her proximity was like a drug he couldn't resist.

"I didn't have a choice," he muttered, his voice thick with desire and frustration. "You know that."

Lira chuckled, low and sultry. She moved closer, her tails flicking playfully around him as her hands slid over his chest, tracing the lines of his muscles. Her fingers were deliberate, teasing the skin of his abdomen as she leaned forward, brushing her lips just above his collarbone.

"You always have a choice, Leo. You can have as many mates as you want, huh," she whispered, the words a taunt. "You just choose not to resist me."

Leo closed his eyes, trying to control the pull of her presence and his lower body. But it was impossible. Every inch of him seemed to want to submit to her, to let her lead him down a path of forbidden pleasure. And when her lips finally brushed against his, all thought fled his mind.

It was a kiss that was nothing like his kiss with Zyra—there was no force behind it, no claim. It was delicate and delicious as if she were tasting him, drawing him into her whirlwind of temptation.

Her lips parted, and Leo was lost.

When the kiss broke, Leo was almost getting breathless. Lira's golden eyes locked onto his, and Leo could see the fire burning in them.

"I can make you forget her, Leo," Lira said softly. "Forget Zyra and her claim. I can give you more than she ever will."

Leo hesitates, his breath ragged. He wanted to resist, but his body wasn't cooperating. Her words were dangerous, enticing him to believe that she could offer him something different, something that would change everything.

"You're not the first one to think they could take me from her," Leo murmured, her words barely escaping his lips. He was torn—caught between the pull of the seductive fox and the force of Zyra's possessiveness.

Lira's eyes softened, a genuine smile curling on her lips. "Oh, Leo, I'm not trying to take you from her." Her voice was now a velvety whisper, low and intimate. "I just want to share you. There's enough of you for both of us, isn't there?"

Her fingers, still trailing over his chest, slipped lower, grazing the waistband of his pants. Leo gasped, his breath hitching in his throat.

Zyra would never forgive him if she found out. But the thought of Lira's touch was enough to overcome his doubts, pulling him deeper into the web of desire she was weaving around him.

"Don't make me beg," Leo said, his voice hoarse as he looked at her with defeat and longing. "Just...show me."

Lira smirked, her eyes flicking towards his lips before her gaze traveled down his body, drinking him in. Slowly, deliberately, she undid the clasp of his pants, her fingers brushing against the skin of his hips. Leo breathed in sharply, the cool air contrasting with the heat between them.

As she pushed his pants down, her lips found his skin once more, pressing kisses against his chest, trailing a path of fire toward his abs. Every touch felt like an invitation, like a challenge. He was at her mercy now.

Lira paused, her gaze piercing, holding him in place. "Tell me you want this, Leo. Tell me you want me."

Leo's heart was racing, his pulse thumping in his ears. This was wrong; this was dangerous. But he couldn't deny it anymore—he wanted her. The tension, the need that had been building between them, finally exploded.

"I want you," he breathed, the words slipping from his lips before he could stop them.

Lira smiled wickedly, her hands moving faster as she straddled him, her touch becoming more urgent. She didn't waste any more time —her lips found his once more demanding as if she were claiming him as her own.

As her hands traveled lower, Leo's mind clouded with desire, the thought of Zyra momentarily slipping away. He could only focus on the heat of Lira's body, the smooth silk of her skin as her hands explored him, the feel of her fingers brushing against his hardness.

Lira's voice was a soft, seductive purr. "You don't need to think, Leo. Just feel."

And feel he did.

But just as Leo was about to lose himself to the pleasure of the fox's touch, the door to the chamber flung open.

Zyra stood in the doorway, her eyes blazing with rage. Her breathing was ragged, her muscles tense, her entire presence radiating jealous fury.

"What the hell do you think you're doing, Lira?" she growled, her voice full of danger. Her eyes turned to Leo, and though they were filled with fury, there was a hunt of betrayal in them as well.

Lira didn't pull back, though. Instead, she gave Zyra a challenging look, her smile curling at the corners of her lips. "I'm just showing him what he's missing, Zyra. You don't own him. Not yet."

Leo felt the tension in the room thickening the air heavy with the weight of both women's emotions. He could sense the powerful forces at work here—the wolf's claim, the fox's desire.

But now, he found himself at the center of it all, the focus of both women's affection and competition.

Zyra's eyes narrowed, and she stepped forward, her presence towering over Leo. "Don't make the mistake of thinking you can play with him like that, Lira," she warned, her voice low and full of venom.

Lira stood tall, unfazed. "Oh, I'm not playing, Zyra. I'm just claiming what's mine."

Love swallowed hard, caught between them, his chest tight with the knowledge that both of them wanted him—and both of them were not above fighting for him.

The tension in the room was palpable as Zyra stepped towards Leo, her gaze never leaving Lira. With a small, she pulled Leo closer to her, her grip possessive as she pressed her lips to his, kissing him in front of the fox.

Lira snorted, her golden eyes flashing. "Is that all you have, Zyra?"

Zyra didn't respond. She simply kissed Leo harder, pushing him against the soft furs on the bed, her hands tracing over his body in a possessive grip.

Leo was torn, but his body was reacting to both of them, a war raging within him between the need for Zyra's dominance and the allure of Lira's seductive power.

Lira didn't stay quiet for long, though. She stepped closer, her body pressed against his side, her lips brushing against his ear as she whispered, "I'll always be the one to push you to your limits, Leo. Not her"

Zyra's eyes darkened as she looked at the fox. "You'll regret that, Lira. This isn't a game."

But Leo?

He was torn, lost between the fierce queens battling for his heart, his body, and his soul.
