I own nothing, A/N: I would first like to start by saying R.I.P Chadwick Boseman. To this day, you are missed. I came up with this idea for this story when I was looking for an MHA and Marver X-over and just went from there. I know I've been gone for a while, and I'm sorry to those of you who have been waiting for the last...2 years hehe sorry. Ehem, but more on that later. For now, know that this is a Marvel and MHA AU that takes place before Infinity War and that this has aspects of Marvel Comics and not just MCU. But that's enough for now. I hope you enjoy this story centered around the current Prince of Wakanda, T'Challa, King T'Chlla, and Nakia's son; I'll explain the timeline in the end notes.
The first major shift happened during World War II in 1943. America had its first superhero, Captain America. After he disappeared, there were rumors—whispers of a blonde woman with cosmic powers and strange alien abductions. Then came a man in a metal suit, a giant green rage monster who, surprisingly, was a mild-mannered doctor (don't ask) and… a god. His name was Thor. Then, America faced an alien invasion. These figures came together, fought, and… well, you know the rest.
But the world's story took a dramatic turn when, one day, a glowing baby was born in Qing Qing, China. Soon after, a girl with the ability to phase through objects emerged, and a man with metal claws prowled the streets. All over the world, people started cropping up with powers, and chaos followed. These powers, called Quirks, sparked advances in technology, war, and a new breed of criminals bold enough to take on even the enhanced. Thus began the age of heroes and villains… or so the world thought.
"Over 2.5 million years ago, asteroids impacted Earth in two key locations: the Atlantic Ocean near Yucatán and in Africa, in what would later be known as Wakanda. These asteroids contained an element later named Vibranium, which drastically altered the environment, especially the surrounding flora., Centuries after the asteroid's impact, five tribes settled in the region and went to war over the powerful metal, Vibranium—also known as Isipho. Little did they know, their history was being shaped by forces far beyond their comprehension. One day, Bashenga was guided by a vision of Bast, the panther goddess who led him towards a plant that had mutated due to the metal's radiation. Upon ingesting the herb, Bashenga discovered he had been imbued with superhuman abilities. He used them to unite the tribes as the first King of Wakanda and the first "Black Panther." Four of the tribes pledged their loyalty to Bashenga; the fifth, the Jabari Tribe, refused to pledge allegiance and settled into the northern mountains to continue adhering to a more traditional and primitive way of life, while the rest of Wakanda continued to develop into a modernized rule. Bashenga's lineage would come to form a sixth pseudo-tribe named the Golden Tribe, which included a line of his royal descendants that continued to survive into the modern day, thus establishing the Kingdom of Wakanda. During the country's development, the Wakandans used the metal to develop technology that was far more advanced than any other.
Now, in the present day, after the death of King T'Chaka, his son T'Challa became King for a short time before being overthrown by his cousin N'Jadaka, who wished to use Wakanda resources to fund wars around the world. After Defeating him, T'Challa decided to open Wakanda's borders and share their resources with the world, the first of which was America, due to his close relationship with the Avengers. Now, Japan, seeing the global threat posed by rising villains, seeks to strengthen its alliance with Wakanda. As Quirks continue to wreak havoc, professional heroes rise to meet this new age of chaos—much like the Avengers before them. The stage is set for a conflict that will test the mettle of our heroes.

Chapter 1
"Crossing Worlds, Forging Alliances: A Prince Among Heroes...in training"
*** UA High School Class 1-A ***
"OW, my head," a young teen with blonde hair complained. He was of average height and slim, with messy blond hair styled with a prominent black lightning-shaped streak. He sat at his desk, clutching his head in pain.
"Oh, shut up, Kaminari," the annoyed voice of Kyoka Jiro came from behind him. She was slim and of average height with short, asymmetrical purple hair and stern, sharp eyes. Her most distinct feature is her earphone jacks hanging from her earlobes, giving her a rock-star, punk look. Class 1-A of the UA Hero course had just finished their first Math class taught by Ectoplasm, and needless to say, some of the students weren't up to it. Some members of the class, such as Tenya Iida, a Tall, muscular, broad-shouldered, formal young man with dark blue hair neatly combed back and glasses, and Momo Yaoyurozo, a tall and graceful young woman with long black hair tied into a large ponytail that stands out. She has sharp, elegant facial features and is often seen with a composed and confident expression. She is also very...blessed in her physical appearance (puberty was generous) seemed fine. However, some of the less scholarly students in the classroom, like Kaminari, were nursing with persistent headaches, reflecting their struggle with the academic side of hero training.
Izuku Midoriya, a lean, average-height boy with messy green hair that sticks up in all directions and vibrant green eyes, couldn't help but chuckle along with some of his classmates, seeing Kaminari and Jiro begin to bicker, which had become a regular thing for them despite only knowing each other for two days. As the two continued to argue, some of the more social members of the class joined in until the entire group was divulged into different conversations. However, the door's opening caused the more aware members of the room to go quiet, knowing what was to come; at the door stood a...hobo? He was a tall and lanky man with long, messy black hair that often fell over his face, and his deep-set, half-lidded black eyes gave him a sleepy, indifferent expression. He wears an all-black hero costume consisting of slightly baggy pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and black boots, and around his neck sits a grey scarf that doubles as a captured weapon, something he demonstrated yesterday during the quirk apprehension test. This Man was Shota Aizawa, the homeroom teacher for class 1-A.
As he walked into the classroom, all the students fell silent, stopping at the podium at the head of the room. He spoke, "It took you five seconds to quiet down, better but not enough," he began in a bored tone.
"You all did well on your first day, but at UA, 'doing well' isn't good enough. To become pro heroes, you'll need to excel and push yourselves to be better than you were yesterday, do you understand?" He asked, his voice becoming more energetic as he spoke and enthusiastic, well, as you could enthusiastic as expect from Aizawa. The class responded in a chorus of determined confirmations that almost made Aizawas's lips twitch up for a second, but he hid it well. "Good. Now, usually, your Heros basic training teacher would be here to lead you through these steps, but he's a bit occupied at the moment, so I'm stuck doing it; put these on and meet me at Battle Ground Beta," Aizawa spoke, before pushing a button that caused the right wall to open up revealing suitcases labeled 1 through 23, the students seeing this began to get excited, knowing that this was their first official step to becoming Heros.
***Battleground Beta***
As the students walk out of a tunnel into Battleground Beta, decked out in their hero gear, they look around seeing a small group of people waiting for them a few feet away. "Ahh, Students welcome. Am I a bear, a dog, or a mouse? Neither. I'm Principal Nezu!" The introduction came from a small white... creature? He was wearing a pinstripe suit minus the blazer. Instead of wearing dress shoes, he wore orange sneakers that reminded the class of the ones Midioryia wears during the day. Nezu was sitting on Aizawa's shoulder, a seemingly ordinary occurrence based on Aizawa's lack of reaction, "Took you all long enough," Aizawa said in a lazy tone, turning to face his students. "I expect you to be here in half the time next time," he said, narrowing his eyes and causing most of his students to stiffen and nod rapidly.
"HaHa, Come now, Aizawa, don't be so stiff; allow them some leeway on there first; after all, their eagerness is almost palpable," A loud and boisterous voice came as a large blond man wearing a red, blue, gold and white suit. He was extremely tall, standing at 7'3, and with a physique that would make any meathead bodybuilder green with envy; he was All Might Japan's number-one Hero. The class erupted into excited whispers at seeing their country's number-one Hero standing before them, "Welcome, young Heroes; I must say you all certainly look the part of a pro Hero. Haha!" He shouted before bursting out in raucous laughter. Which excited the students even more. Aizawa let out a defeated sigh in response, an action that seemed to amuse Nezu as he let out a light chuckle before refocusing on the students. "Welcome to your first Hero basics training. Usually, this would happen a bit later in the day. Still, today, we have some very impotent people joining us today," Nezu began, getting the class's attention. "I'm sure you've all been wondering why your class is one member short; it's because they couldn't attend class yesterday due to the long journey they had to make and the conditions surrounding their enrollment," Nezu explained. Hearing the principal's explanation, Iida raised his hand, getting the attention of those around him. "Yes, youngTenya?" Nezu acknowledged
"Forgive me, sir, but doesn't this seem like favoritism. As UA students, we are held to high standards; it seems unfair that a student, especially one accepted into the Hero course, be allowed to miss not one but almost two entire days of class," Iida said, his voice muffled by the white knight like hamlet, his hero costume consisted of a sleek, blue bodysuit with white armor plating, designed for speed and protection. The most distinctive feature is the engine-like exhaust pipes on his calves, which are essential for his Engine Quirk. While he spoke, his arm moved in an erratic, robotic manner. Nezu smiled at the young man, proud to see some of the others in class 1-A agree with the stiff teens' assessment of the situation. At the same time, it might seem small. Still, their willingness to point out the unfair situation showed a level of morality that could be overlooked as whining. Still, in Hero's world, such small things were important.
"A great point, young Iida, one that I find myself agreeing with. As future heroes, we hold you to a high standard. Where circumstances any different, any student would have had their position in the school revoked, but this is a very special case with extenuating circumstances," The principal explained.
"And exactly what are those shitty circumstances?" An angry, rough voice questioned the principal. The voice belonged to a young man with spikey blonde hair and angry red eyes; he wore a black sleeveless tank top with an orange X across the chest. His most iconic feature is the large, grenade-shaped gauntlets on his arms. He also wears an orange mask with sharp, wing-like extensions and combat boots. His question brought nods of agreement from some of his classmates. In contrast, some others looked at him disapprovingly, not yet used to his crass language.
"An excellent question, young Bakugo; your language will be discussed later." Nezu began a scoff in response, "As for your inquiry, the circumstances in question are critical; they hold the future of Japan in balance. The reason this student was able to receive such favor... will be revealed to you later," He finished with a smile, causing the class to face fault at his over-dramatic nature. Nezu and All Might burst into laughter, seeing the class's reaction, while Aizawa lets out a tired sigh. Suddenly, a large gust of wind caught everyone present off guard, pro-Heros included. A sudden shadow from above caused everyone to look up. A sleek, futuristic aircraft with a triangular airship with round angles began appearing in the air and descended to the ground; soon after landing, two more ships with similar but smaller designs revealed themselves to have already landed without anyone noticing these had a less rounded design with dragonfly-like wings in pairs of three at the front and back. "It would seem they've arrived," Nezu spoke excitedly; he moved Aizawa's head forcefully to look at the futuristic ships as the teacher had tried to look away, muttering something about 'Problem Children' and 'Not getting paid enough.'
Once the largest of the three aircraft had touched down, the hatches of the two dragonfly-like aircraft opened, and out came tall, athletic women with powerful, toned physiques, shaved heads, and adorned with tribal marking and intricate Wakandan markings. They wore sleek, form-fitting red and black armor accented by intricate gold and silver details, with silver gauntlets on their arms and boots on their feet, which were functional and elegantly designed. A sash of deep red or orange drapes across their bodies, adding to their regal yet dangerous look; each carried what seemed to be a traditional spear, with the blade seeming a bit thinner than conventional spears. Exiting the aircraft, the woman began walking towards the group of students and teachers in a single-file line; they stopped a couple feet from the group before the lead woman, her armor having more silver on it than the others, hit the ground with the butt of her spear. They sectioned themselves into two lines facing each other. Once they had gotten into position, the final and largest aircraft opened its door, and multiple pairs of footsteps were heard clanking against the metal of the walkway.
The First person to appear as a woman dressed similarly to others, the exception being her armor had more gold and was more regal than her allies, signifying a higher position. Stepping onto the ground, she surveyed the area critically before looking back up the plank leading inside the ship and nodding. As the rest of the footsteps continued to descend the plank, the apparent leader of the armored woman straightened her back. Descending the plank first was a well-built man with a lean, muscular physique. He has smooth, dark brown skin and sharp, deep-set, piercing dark brown, almost black eyes. His well-groomed beard complements his regal features, while his neatly cut black hair adds to his sleek and dignified appearance. Behind him was a slender, athletic woman with a graceful yet muscular build, smooth, warm brown skin, and striking features. Her high cheekbones and confident expression enhanced her presence. Her short, natural curls framed her face, and her sharp, expressive brown eyes conveyed intelligence and compassion. The two held themselves with a regal confidence that made even Yaoyurozo's regalness pale in comparison.
All eyes turned to the last person descending the plank right behind the previous two; he stood tall, just shorter than the previous man that had exited before him; his form was athletic, lean, and muscular. His rich, warm brown skin and sharp, regal features mirrored the other man. At the same time, his expressive, piercing eyes held the same intelligence and compassion as the woman. His short, natural, curly hair in a taper style hairstyle accentuated his high cheekbones and a calm yet confident expression; the relation between the three was clear. Everyone was brought out of their thoughts when the armored women hit the ground with the bottom of their spears before raising their arms, crossing them across their chests in an 'X' formation, bowing their heads before uncrossing them, and once again standing at attention.
The leader of the armored woman spoke, her voice booming over the silent area as the Family of three finally stepped off the ship platform, "We are the Dora Milaje, protectors of the Wakandan Royal Family," She spoke with a thick African accent, her voice was filled with pride at her declaration "Before you stands, T'Challa of the Golden Tribe King Of Wakanda and the current Black Panther," she introduced the Tallest of the three now identified as the King of Wakanda, "His Wife, Queen Nakia of the Water Tribe," She spook her voice prideful and a slight smile on her lip, "and the Crown Prince of Wakanda Prince T'Challa the second," this time as she spook a warmness could be heard below the seriousness of her voice. As the Royal family stepped past the woman, she stepped behind them.
Principal Nezu spoke as the Royal Family came to a stop in front of his group, "It is an honor to finally meet you, King T'Challa; I hope your trip was without issue," He spoke with a smile, getting off Aizawa's shoulder and bowing.
T'Challa observed the principal momentarily, his features unchanging, before he smiled lightly and shook hands with the principal. "The Pleasure is mine, Nezu; thank you for welcoming us to Japan," The King spoke; his voice was a rich, smooth timbre filled with confidence and authority. "This is my wife, Nakia," he said, gesturing to his right with a warm smile as said woman stepped forward and shook Nezus...paw. "A pleasure, Principal Nezu," She said in a regal tone; her voice was soothing and melodic with a slight huskiness that could draw anyone's attention to her. Her accent was a bit different, holding a Haitian tint to it. After she stepped back, T'Challa turned to his left and gestured to the teen next to him to step forward. "And this is my son T'Challa the second, the Crown Prince of Wakanda," He said proudly. "Msisimko wako unaonekana karibu, baba," The young Prince spoke to his father, causing the man to chuckle before the teen turned to Nezu and held out his hand. "A pleasure," he greeted kindly. His voice was soothing with a light timbre, a sign of his beginning development into a young adult. It also had the slight huskiness his mother's voice held, having the same attention-drawing effect when he spoke, his accent the same as his father's.
"The Pleasure is mine," Nezu said to the three. "This is All Might, Japan's Top Hero," Nezu introduced as the behemoth stepped up and greeted the three with his broad smile still in place. "A Pleasure to meet you; I hope this meeting will be prosperous for all involved; it is also an Honor to meet the Black Panther," All Might boomed in a pleasant tone, shaking hands with each; he was surprised by the strength behind each handshake, the queen included, it was clear to him they were all more than meets the eye. "And this," Nezu began, patting Aizawa on the head, having once again climbed onto his shoulder, "Is Shota Aizawa, the homeroom teacher of class 1-A." Said man looked haggard as he stepped forward and greeted the three, shaking each hand tiredly. "An Honor," He stated tiredly, chuckling at the man's blaze attitude. T'Challa nodded at the two.
"Okoye, Ayo," he said out loud. At his call, two women stepped up. One was the apparent leader of the Dura Milaje, with her armor decorated in more gold than the others. At the same time, the second woman had her armor covered with more silver than the rest of the guard. "My King," both women said simultaneously, awaiting their King's order. "This is Okoye, general of the Dora Milaje," T'Challa introduced the gold-adorned woman, who nodded her head, "and Ayo, our lieutenant," he introduced. "They will be joining us today," The King expressed; the confidence he spoke with seemed to come naturally even when he wasn't trying. Nezu nodded his head, understanding that a Royal family needs guards. "I understand completely," The Chimera expressed. "The group behind us is class 1-A of UA's hero course, the class you will be joining, Young Prince," Nezu said with a smile.
At hearing the principal words, the already reeling class 1-A was sent deeper into disbelief; the crowned Prince of arguably the wealthiest country in the world would be joining their class!!! The class stared at the Family of three comically before turning their heads toward the present UA staff. Then, they returned their wide eyes to the Royal Family. They blinked slowly before once again turning back to their amused teachers and principal; even Aizawa found some enjoyment in the stunned state of the class. Iida was the first to regain his composure. "Greetings. Allow me to be the first of our class to welcome you to UA!" he spoke, bowing at a perfect ninety-degree angle; his exclamation seemed to snap the others out of their stupor; each member of class 1-A gave their own welcome to the Royal family,... except Bakugo who just scoffed and turned his head away, and Todoroki, a young man with a sharp face, heterochromatic eyes, one gray while the other blue, and bi-colored hair, half being white, the other red, his most striking feature being the burn scar over his left eye, the quiet young teen observed the Royal family with a discerning eye, trying to get a read on them; of course, he had heard of the Black Panther, ever since his first appearance in Vienna during after the UN conference bombing, and again in a high-speed car chase in South Korea.
Since then, he has often been cropping up in news outlets worldwide, not only as a Hero and a member of the Avengers but also as the King of what was once thought of as a poor, third-world country. The reveal of the truth about Wakanda and its resources took the world by surprise. For months, all people could talk about was how these seemingly harmless people had unrestricted access to the most versatile metal on the planet and had maney of the more materialistic and high-class countries in an uproar at the sudden shift in status. At the time, war was a very real possibility due to many countries' desire for Vibranium and Wakanda's refusal to bend to their demands; luckily enough, it was all avoided due to Wakandas sudden alliance with America, the two countries' striking trade deals and defense alliances were able to dissuade any attack on either. The fear of going up against the world's two most technologically advanced countries caused many rulers to rethink their approach in trying to attain Vibranium.
And now, in front of him stood the Black Panther and the person to turn the world upside down. The son of the King was no doubt powerful; he was curious to see where he stood against the Prince. After all the greetings were over, Aizawa spoke up, catching the attention of his class, "All right, it's time to get down to business; your first Hero basic training class officially begins now," He said, causing the class to go quiet. Looking over them, he saw looks of determination across all their faces, causing him to smirk, making a mental note of how quickly they managed to refocus. He looked at All Might, causing the behemoth of a man to nod and step forward, "We'll start off by throwing you into the deep end; today's lesson will be... 'Battle Trials,'" All Might said, holding out a card with the Words "Battle Trials" written in bold letters. All Might launched into an explanation about how the battle trials will go. The Battle Trials were designed to give Class 1-A their first taste of practical hero training under the guidance of All Might, Principal Nezu, and Aizawa. Students are split into pairs, with one team playing the role of heroes and the other as villains. The objective for the heroes is to either capture the "villains" or secure a mock bomb hidden within a building. In contrast, the villains must defend the bomb or defeat the heroes within the time limit.
After pulling from a Box of random letters, the class was split into their teams. The first trial was between Hero Team A: Midoriya and Ochako Vs Villan Team B: Bakugo and Kirishima. This match put the class slightly on edge, something the Royal Family and their guards picked up on. "Inaonekana kuna mvutano mkubwa kati ya mvulana mwenye nywele za kijani na blonde mwenye hasira. (There seems to be a lot of tension between the green-haired boy and the angry blonde)." King T'Challa spoke to the present Wakandans, and each of them nodded their heads.
Nakia responded to her husband's words with an observation she picked up on using her quirk "Itafurahisha kuona jinsi inavyocheza, wanafunzi wengi wanaonekana kuwa na wasiwasi juu ya kijani kibichi. ( "It'll be interesting to see how it plays out; most of the students seem worried for the green-haired boy's safety)." True to her words, most of class 1-A was shooting Midoriya worried or sympathetic looks; all of them clearly remembered the way Bakugo reacted to Midoriya's ball-throwing score; he seemed about to kill the timid boy if Mr. Aizawa hadn't stepped in to stop Bakugo's advance. "Na Kwa kuzingatia jinsi Midoriya anavyoonekana kutikisa, pamoja na tabasamu kwenye uso wa mvulana wa Bakugo. Historia yao ni ya chini ya kupendeza. (And Judging by the way Midoriya seems to be shacking, as well as the smile on the Bakugo boy's face. Their history is less than pleasant)." Prince T'Challa added that his comment caused pride to swell in his companions due to his ability to read people around him. A skill that would be essential if he were to become King.
"Mfalme wangu bora, lakini angalia karibu. (Excellent work, my Prince, but look closer)." Okoye started, her tone praising "Kwa kweli anatetemeka, lakini ona kubadilika kwa jicho lake na jinsi anavyosugua viganja vyake kwenye nguo zake ili kuzitoa jasho, jinsi anavyofanya kila awezalo ili kutulia. Hizo sio mishipa; ni hofu. ( He is indeed shaking, but notice the shifting of his eye and how he rubs his palms on his clothes to rid them of sweat, how he's doing everything he can to keep calm. Those aren't nerves; it's fear)." You've excelled in every aspect of your combat training, but your skills as a diplomat still need improvement. Missing signs like that during a conversation with a foreign dignitary could have significant consequences, especially if they have hidden intentions)." She spoke with conviction, but her lips had a slight smirk, as did Okoye's, T'Challa's, and Nakia's, each of them looking at the young Prince with a mixture of pride and amusement.
Prince T'Challa looked on blankly at the combined teasing looks he was receiving from his family; his eyes, however, showed mirth as he fought to keep a smile from his lips. "Ningependa kukuona ukinitania kutoka umbali wa maili elfu saba. (I'd like to see you tease me from seven thousand miles away)." The Price quipped back. In response, however, the four other Wakandans held up their wrists, each sporting a bracelet filled with beads. The beads are small, smooth, vibrant, blue or purple spheres. Each bead has a glossy surface with subtle, intricate patterns that appear to shimmer or glow. Strung together in a bracelet, presenting a sleek and modern design. The Prince rolled his eyes with a smirk at seeing the actions of his Family and guards.
"Hutawahi kuwa salama, haswa kutoka kwetu; jifikirie kuwa na bahati shangazi yako Suri hayuko hapa kuifanya kuwa mbaya zaidi," ( "You'll never be safe, especially from us; consider yourself lucky your auntie Suri isn't here to make it worse,") Nakia goaded, causing the three other adults to chuckle.
The interaction of the royal Family caught the attention of some of the class and the instructors. Most of the class was more intrigued by the beautiful language the Wakandans spoke. At the same time, Nezu smart as he is smiled at the banter, his understanding of the language making it easy for him to hear the four adults teasing the young prince. All Might looked on fondly, and while he couldn't understand the words being said, the twitching eyebrow and embarrassed expression on the prince's face coupled with the smug look on the faces of the adult Wakandans told the number one hero all needed to know. Aizawa on the other hand looked on with a blank face, his eyes deadpan as he cleared his throat, "Ahem, alright teams A and B get to your positions," He said seriously, grabbing the attention of all the room participants, "It's time for your first Hero basics training class to begin,"
And there's the first chapter, it's nothing too big and I hope I didn't overload it and make it toooo boring also please let me know what you think, any advice, criticisms, complaints, or anything else please put in the comments so I can take them into consideration. Now as for where I've been for those of you who care, I was dealing with the passing of my father. I kinda faded into a depression while grieving, but after spending the last two years looking for fanfictions with specific plots and not being able to find them, I've decided to write some myself, and for those wondering, I'm still unsure about whether or not I'm going to be continuing my first story, but if enough people ask I definitely will.
Anyway, thats all for now I hope you all like this story and If you dont, I have others in the works so, I hope one of them appeals to you. I'll see you peps in the next chapter. Where we get into the action. Until then, my right hand will always be my best friend and peace.
P.S. Let me know if the Swahili is too much and I should just put it in brackets when there's a language change.
