give with ought losing anything themselves" "Kindness is not
what you do. but who you are". //www.randomactsof kindness.

I was doing something for someone. I felt appreciated,
just being there, especially during the difficult times. The respect
I got, from them was paramount, from each and every one of
them. I loved my job, I was very dedicate to it. The word thank
you can come from many angles, there are some thankyou that
are very specially, manly those that are coming from a patient. It
meant a lot to me, I knew that I was doing right thing this job
was worth it., it was done it with passion, not a need or for the
sake off. This was above the salary I was getting.
This word can mean a lot to different people, mainly how it is
said. it can means a lot, when you realise the induvial is
struggling.
Giving people support is priceless.
This word Thankyou is spoken by so many people in different
languages, right around the world, cheers, as one of the words
used, more frequently. There also other parts of the world e.g in
Africa it's (ngiyabonga, (Ndebeles) Africaans danke, etc, ect)
Then in the Shona in their native language ( dantenda).
There is also another thank you, e.g. for picking up my groceries,
for looking after my parents, etc. And thank you for just
being there for me. In the world we live in People at times take
this word, take it for granted. e.g. by saying thank you just, to
please, someone. normally this kind of thank you, lacks gravity
and it becomes baseless it, it loses its value.

Thank you for being a ray of sunshine on my darkest days.
Thank you thank you, for always being my greatest supporter…
thank you for being so incredible, thank you for being open
your arms, and home thank you, for being my wonderful
friend I'm ready so glad, you're here thank you.

There is nothing nicer than unexpected appreciation. if you're
grateful get a pen and paper. Helen Ellis is a well-known Author
who has wrote several books. has attended interviews, I find this
fascinating. she never gave up, she wrote so many books which
were not published, until a later stage. This gives me hope that
one day I will reach my potential. This lady inspired me after
reading her story, and how she managed to publish her books at
the end.
She also wrote a book about the Realty Housewife of New York,
(Who happens to Be a Poker Star) she also has sat on several
Interviews etc. When I read her story, I was motivated.

When they expressed their appreciation towards the work I was
doing, I felt humbled. to be able to touch their souls it was
amazing. For them to recognise what I was doing. The gratitude
was overwhelming, I was very lucky to be in that position, to
make people laugh, and to be there, when they needed someone.
Let anyone who comes to you, go away feeling better and
happier. Everyone should see goodness in your face. In your
smile. joy shows from your eyes. It appears when we speak and
walk it can be kept closed inside us. It reacts outside by Blessed

At times it's easy to take this word (thank you ) for granted, at
times just to say it, with no meaning. Or just saying because it
needed to be said ... when it comes from someone you don't
know that much brings happiness and joy and you can do more
as you know this is appreciate by the individuals, I find this
priceless.

I am sorry for your losses, this can refer a loved one, it can be
gambling or, I sorry I came late to work. I am sorry I did not
hear the phone ringing, sorry I hurt you, the list is endless.
To others sorry word becomes a pattern for a long time.
These so obvious, and they tend be empty in value.
There is genuinely sorry, when the individual soul is broken, and this is
not seen by a naked eye.
Some will be coming from deep down their soul. Then being there, at that
particular time, meant a lot to them and me.
There is this the empty apology, which is said to someone, when
you know, you need to apologise, for the sake of doing so
There are also fake apologies/ blame you, or someone else
besides the apologiser. Really apologise take a personal
responsibility. These apologies often begin with the classic word,
"I'm sorry if you were offended" or I'm sorry that you are upset.
The person might as well say, the problem is that you are too
sensitive.www.psychologytoday.com Although I was getting paid,
it was not about the job, but this was above the salary I was
getting. Making time and to sit, have a chat, a cup of drink tea
together, was something I would treasure for the rest of my life. I
will treasure these memories for the for ever. Being a nurse is not
for everyone. Other do it to pay the bills and other have love for it.
Again, it normal depended on which branch you choose whilst
doing your training to become a nurse. I chose mental health
nursing as I like to spend time with people.
When it came from a client, during their struggles in life, I knew,
I was doing right thing. Being there at times was paramount.
Their physical pain was visible, but their emotional pain was
indescribable. I suppose cutting themselves was ways of (of
coping with their day to day lives. There were episodes were
everything seemed normally. But at times it was not. I suppose
their difficult feelings, painful memories was overwhelming them.
Their past experience, which they have gone through made
them to self-harm.
Some people have described self-harm as a way to express something that
is hard to put into words

I could see sadness in their eyes, deep own I felt like they meant it.
Their, struggles, what ever it was…. We could sit together
and drink tea. play snow balling at times, those were times.
I realised Nursing was for me, Safety played a major role.
Even mention this, in life there are no guarantees. To me or anyone.
"If you judge people, you have no time to love them." "Peace
begins with a smile." "We fear the future because we are wasting today."
"Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love."
"Yesterday is gone.... "Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of
love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.
