I still remember of the choice I needed to do that day. I think I've never cried like that for.someone before. To me her death symbolised the end of all the love I could have for someone or so I thought but Cupidon has a very strange way to choosing the person we're going to love.
This is my story and who knows , maybe ones dream.
I'm Theodore Vanwel but my friends call me Theo, 17 years and I've started school in the ''National Advanced Polytechnic School '' (NAPS) with the aim of becoming a world class mechanical engineer. It so happens that NAPS is the best formation school when engineering is concerned. Its divided into 3floors with 3buildings one for students, one for teachers and the last one for administrative purposes. It also composed of an amphitheatre and some few sports field. The only '' normal legal'' way of entering this university is by writing an entering exam and being able to find your sell at the top 800 of the list and if my memory is correct and it's they were about 67,349 participants this year and it so happened that I and someone I know had this exam this year.
In NAPS during the first half of the first semester the program goes as follows:
With 3 classes a week ,on mondays
From 7:30-11:30 , Law and Business
From 11:30-12:30, break
From12:30-4:30pm, ICT
On Wednesdays,
From 7:30-11:30 , English language
From 11:30-12:30, break
From12:30-4:30pm, point particle mechanics
On Fridays,
From 7:30-11:30 , French language
From 11:30-12:30, break
From12:30-4:30pm,Descriptive geometry
And with that that was the plan.
I live near the school so arriving early wasn't a problem in theory but in real life very few persons respect that as if 'the nearer to are to your school the greater the intensity of your lateness '.
Here comes the first day of classes. A very boring claas.I needed to take a frontward seat to be sure to understand and hear what the professor was going to say since the amphitheatre had a capacity of 100 and was thus pretty big so arriving early was an obligation but you know what? I arrived late and had to seat in the middle of the amphitheatre with all that heat sothe objective of listening and understanding my subjects for the day was a complete failure from the start. Our first class was law and business thought by the professor Enuge Lin. My respect for those doing law considerably increased this morning. You'll hear the professor saying 'from article this line this of the constitution...', you'll take a nap due to how boring the class was and in hope that the time flied up you'll discover that your mental 2hours nap was a 5 minutes real life sleep. Waiting for break was a real torture.
Finally break.
I left my seat in the direction of the cafeteria and then. ...
''Hi'' A sweet, soft voice came to my ears seaming addressed to me. That voice was a pretty familiar voice.
I looked behind and saw a pretty short girl with cool black long hairs, big brown eyes and an expression saying 'OMG he's tall'. Yeah I am tall 186cm and the Lady about 168cm, but what was to take note wasn't the height but the person. I knew since about 4 years since we schooled in the same lycée. Do you remember the someone I was talking about in the beginning? Yeah, it's her Ema Synns.
'' Sup the growth stopped child'' I answered with a permeable face.
''Shuddup you tall for nothing monkey'' she answered with a some what annoyed faced. ''You going to the cafeteria? Need some company ''
The first day is the moment friendships starts being born, you discover new people and eventually couples arrives but students from the same lycées back are like somewhat force forced to coexist together but I didn't want that. Why? Ema sure is a pretty girl but most of all deep inside me she's someone I know I'll hate someday but let's see what's going to happen and see.
'' Sure but I'm not here to babysit ya or anything and don't count on me being gentle by paying for your dish. I'm just gonna buy a Burger and leave'' I said presenting something was off and exactly fixing her limits from the start.
On the way to the cafetaria and even when coming back we didn't exchange any word, .we were like strangers just forced to walk near each other.
In the afternoon the next class is ICT, I'm not pretty good with the written part on that subject but on practicals I'm like the son of the God of computers. Compared to the class in the morning I understood and even thought the class was pretty interesting despite my sitting position and the end of the class she came again towards me.
''Hi....again'' she said.
To prevent any further entry of that person in my life I used my ultimate four.words weapon...
'' what do you want?'' With a very straightforward faced as if to say ' get lose '
'' why are you so aggressive with me?''
''What are ya talking about? I've always being like that and I don't wanna change''
Yeah, since I'm a kid I've always being alone. Why? Because they can't even accept their own darkness and truths. To me everybody is a plaine hypocrite, her more than anybody else and I can't be with a hypocrite.
''I'm surely telling you something you're already aware but if you don't change you'll always remain alone. Try to be sociable you goddamn kid'' she said.
'' Why are you pretending or in fact no, what are you trying to provoked you goddamn hypocrite. Why are you leaving 798 people and come to the only one who doesn't accepts ya?'' I said. I was really pissed if not angry but I controlled my self even though I know from all what life have thought me that no body can neither care for me nor love me but that b*tch was trying to make me thing that and she said the killer words
'' you already have an idea, don't ya?''
At that very moment my main aim for the next months coming was to prove that she doesn't love me. And with that my first personal mission in NAPS began.
