From Nine Rank Psychic to a Totem of a Small Tribe

Gavin looks at the radar display of his spaceship a hundred times. He is surrounded not by aliens but by his people. They are afraid he will advance to become an Immortal.

He may consider it after 1000 years. Only 10 years passed before he advanced to nine rank psychic. To become immortal, he has to first create an immortal body, which he calculated would take him at least 1000 years.

But they did not want to take any chance and wanted to directly remove before he threatened their rule. Gavin is talking about the six immortal families in the federation. 

Because of the six immortals, Human civilization was able to survive the beginning of Space colonization. Around 200,000 years passed since the start of the Space colonization era, and the human colonization era ended 100,000 years ago.

Now, the Human Race defends their territory after the Six immortals left the Human Race for their future. Gavin understood the Six Immortals gave 100,000 years for human civilization. So, he does not have ill feelings against but he has against the six families left behind by the six immortals.

The six families are liches sucking the blood of the human civilization they do not allow any nine-rank psychic other than the six families to remain neutral. They sign a contract which is like a slave contract with every Nine ranks psychic other than their family.

They can hold on to their power and threaten Nine ranks psychic with the Immortal weapon left behind by the Six immortals. And they are not worried about other Alien races also because the Six immortal weapons.

Gavin refused to sign the slave contract and decided to leave human civilization. They would do nothing to those Ninth-ranking psychics who leave the territory of Human civilization after they refuse to sign the contract.

But, he is still ambushed because he has enmity with three of the six families' heads. Rain watches for weakness around the force encircling him. He does not feel despair because he is on the edge of Human territory.

He was leaving Human civilization when he was ambushed at the border. Gavin hears a beep on his spaceship and finds someone calling him. Gavin picks up the call to find out who is behind his ambush.

And the shock to find when the caller image is shown on the screen,

Gavin shakes his head in disbelief," I did not expect you to be behind this Claire."

Claire answers," Surrender Gavin, you have no chance to escape."

Gavin," I prefer dead than becoming your slave." and disconnected the call. He does not do anything to talk to her.

He used to like her. She is the only member of the six families he likes. 

" There is no use to waste any more time. I should use the move and escape." Gavin murmur.

Gavin's psychic power envelops the entire spaceship. He thanks himself, because he built the entire spaceship with psychic material and did not mention it to anybody. Otherwise, he would have ambushed the center of the civilization not at the edge. 

Rain steers the spaceship to the north direction, the west is the direction to escape. But except for the east, the north direction has the least number of spaceships. And when he used the move he did not want to collide with them.

On another spaceship, Claire sitting on her seat observing Gavin's spaceship. She does not order to attack because she is waiting for Gavin's spaceship to run out of power. A nine-rank psychic can convert the energy in the universe to the power of the spaceship but they block all energy around Gavin.

When his spaceship runs out of power it will be easier to capture or kill him. She wants to capture him. Her screen starts to beep seeing the caller ID. She answers the call finding not one but three people appear on the screen.

The man in the center of the screen, Levy speaks first," Claire, why are you not attacking?" Before she can answer.

The man on the left, Max," Are you not attacking because you like him."

Claire knows what is important for the dominance of their family and says," I want to capture him."

Levy shouts angrily," Killed him, I do not want to see his face anymore." He remembers the defeat he suffered from Gavin. This was a stain on his life. The stain would never disappear if Gavin remained alive. So, Gavin must die.

The man on the right, Aaron," No, Claire is right, we should capture him. He always looks down on us, as if we are below him." 

" After becoming our slave, I want to see his face." Thinking of Gavin becoming their slave a smile spread on his face.

Levy liking the idea of Aaron, speaks," Claire, can you change the term of the contract from slave to a dog? I want to tie a rope around his neck and travel the capital with him like a dog." 

The images that appear in Levy's and Aaron's minds make them burst into uncontrollable laughter.

Max and Claire remain silent and watch the two laughing.

 Claire decided to burst their dream bubble," If any changes are made in the slave contract, the immortal seal will not work on the slave contract."

" So, no changes can be made to the contract."

Levy indigent hearing this speaks," Ancestor, left us weapons that do not listen to us."

Max hearing the conversation which started from to kill Gavin turns to make him a slave. He is not sure, they have read the contract. So, decided to bring up the conversation about killing Gavin.

He says," You all have not read the contract." from their shifting eyes he guessed right. They have not read the contract.

He continues," The most important point is the contract does not stop them from practicing." 

" And according to the test of Immortal tower, Gavin's talent is higher than our ancestor."

Max can see three of them understand that they have to kill Gavin. If Gavin advanced to Immortal then they and their family would be reduced to dust.

Before any of them can speak, they hear someone shouting. Claire saw her adjacent speaking," Sir, There is physics energy abnormal fluctuation."

Claire turns her attention to the screen, displaying Gavin's spaceship floating in space. The spaceship suddenly shines brightly and moves that their A.I. finds difficult to track.

The spaceship flies north where the fortress-type spaceships are guarding. Fortress spaceships are slow and will not be able to stop or chase Gavin's spaceship.

Max also sees this from his office," Claire quickly used the Bell."

Claire nods takes out an ordinary bell and shocks the bell. Then a huge phantom of the bell appears above Gavin's spaceship. And the bell starts shaking and a wave spreads from the bell.

Gavin with his full attention is controlling the spaceship and notices the phantom of the immortal Bell from the Zhao family spreading a spacetime wave to stop his spaceship.

" Looks like I have to use the spacetime crystal to escape. I thought after leaving Human civilization, I would comprehend the rules from the crystal." Gavin wanted to create the immortal body based on the spacetime rule.

But looks like his goal of creating an immortal body with the spacetime rule will face a roadblock. But nothing can be done, If he is unable to escape then he will die. His ambition to become an immortal will fail.

Noticing the spacetime wave coming closer to his spaceship. Gavin takes out a Violet color Gem and then Gem flies from his hand and merges with the spaceship. The spacetime wave passes Gavin's spaceship without even touching his spaceship.

The spacetime gem created a barrier around the spaceship. Rules of spacetime lower than the spacetime contained in the gem will not be able to break the barrier.

A smile spread on Gavin's face as he noticed he was going to reach the edge of the power of the bell. " After I escape the influence of the bell then nobody can stop me." 

As Gavin's spaceship passes the influence of the immortal bell, it shocks and an alarm starts blaring in the spaceship announcing the right side engine is damaged. Before he escapes the bell's influence, he thinks," Claire may have increased the power of the bell at the last moment.

Gavin brings back the spaceship under control and watches the radar, the spaceships chasing behind him. They will be able to catch him but he does not wish to be caught. He would have to take a risk if he wanted to live or maintain his dignity by dying with his hand.

Gavin takes over control of the spaceship from the A.I. and changes the route of the spaceship. Where he wants to fly, the A.I. inside the spaceship will not fly because of its directive. To save his life after one of the engines was damaged and the spaceship slowed down.

With the enemies chasing his tail and gaining ground, he had to make the difficult decision. He does not know if he will be alive after he enters there.

Aaron seeing the smoke coming out from Gavin's spaceship a smile form his mind. He calls his secretary orders to hold a banquet for the entire planet. After Gavin dies no one will try to challenge the six immortal families.

But as he watches Gavin's spaceship change course, a frown from his mouth. What is Gavin's plan? He says," Where is Gavin going?"

Levy says," What does it matter, he is going to die anyway? He is like a fly caught in a spider web making its final struggle."

But Max doesn't think so as he knows the direction Gavin is flying, he will reach Boba Blackhole, the third largest black hole in the outer universe. And there are records of Nine rank psychic, coming unharmed out of black holes and some even advancing to immortal lifeform.

Claire also finds out and says," Boba Blackhole."

Levy hearing this, speaks," Then slow down the spaceships, Let him kill himself. He is a nine rank you should show some respect."

The three snorted hearing this, the word respect does not suit Levy's mouth when it concerns Gavin.

Max speaks," Claire, do not slow down the spaceship, a nine rank can remain unharmed inside a blackhole and some even advanced to immortal lifeform."

Claire straightens on her seat hearing this, watches on the screen, and finds according to the A.I. calculation, they will not be able to stop Gavin from entering the black hole.

She watches, an ion cannon fire from Gavin's spaceship destroying the research base in front of the black hole and the spaceship enters the black hole. 

Before the four can make any decision about what to do, Claire sees a huge hand emerge from the black hole and slap their direction.

Levy, Max, and Aaron watch on the screen from their office, and a huge hand emerges and slaps at the fleet. And their screen went blank showing from the perspective of the fleet and Claire is disconnected from the call.
