"What's that sound? Someone fighting? Oh, it must be my party members. I wasn't teleported that far after all. I took tension for no reason. I have to get there fast."
*When Harlad reaches the source of the sound, he freezes in fear. Two monstrous beings are fighting, speaking an unknown language. They look exactly like the monster that killed his parents.*

*Unbeknownst to Harlad, the two monsters are the Demon King and the strongest demon warrior, both at S-rank. They're engaged in a brutal battle.*

"Now we've found a place to fight. I'll kill you and take over your position as Demon King! Hahaha!"
**Demon King (in demon language):**
"After thousands of years, I finally get to fight someone as strong as me. Today will be exciting. I'll kill you for sure... hah!"
*The two clash for two straight hours. The warrior demon is at a disadvantage, lacking the Demon King's super-fast regeneration ability. Just as the warrior demon is about to be defeated, he reveals a hidden weapon—the Trident of the 1st Demon, which can lock all skills for 66 seconds.*
