Ryo stood in the grand office of the academy, his gaze shifting between the six headmasters seated before him. The usual figures were there: the Elf Headmaster, the Dwarf Headmaster, the Priest Headmaster, the Vampire Headmaster, and the Dragon Headmaster. However, a new presence had joined them—the Demon Headmaster. He was a tall, imposing man with crimson horns and piercing eyes, radiating an aura of authority and intrigue.
The Elf Headmaster, cleared his throat and addressed Ryo with a calm yet serious expression. "Ryo, we have called you here today to discuss the student council you mentioned the other day."
Ryo crossed his arms. "Ah, right. I did bring it up. The academy could benefit from a proper council to help manage student affairs and disputes."
The Priest Headmaster, an elderly woman with kind yet sharp eyes, nodded. "Lord Ryo," she began, her voice gentle yet firm, "would you be willing to take on the role of Student Council President?"
Ryo's eyes widened slightly before he shook his head. "No, I appreciate the offer, but I have no interest in being the president. I already have enough responsibilities."
The Dwarf Headmaster let out a hearty chuckle, his thick beard shaking as he spoke. "Lad, if ye won't take the role, then how about bein' the supervisor? Ye can oversee the selection process and make sure they do their jobs properly."
The Vampire Headmaster smirked. "Yes, someone of your caliber would be the perfect overseer. Your authority and strength would ensure that the student council operates efficiently and without corruption."
Ryo exhaled, rubbing the back of his head. "Supervising, huh? That sounds more manageable than running it myself. What exactly would my duties entail?"
The Dragon Headmaster, a stern yet wise man with golden scales lining his arms, spoke in a deep voice. "You would be responsible for selecting the members of the council, monitoring their activities, and intervening if necessary. They will be given the authority to manage student affairs, but ultimately, they will answer to you."
The Demon Headmaster, who had remained silent until now, finally spoke. His voice was smooth yet carried a dark undertone. "This academy has long needed a structured student leadership system. If you take on the role of supervisor, we will provide you with full authority to establish the rules and criteria for selection."
Ryo considered their words for a moment before nodding. "Alright, I'll do it. But I'll need some time to set up the selection criteria and figure out how to run things."
The Elf Headmaster smiled. "That is acceptable. We will announce the selection process soon, and you will oversee it as planned."
The Priest Headmaster added, "We will leave the finer details in your hands. However, the student council should be composed of individuals who can lead, mediate conflicts, and represent the diverse student body."
The Dwarf Headmaster laughed. "Aye! And they better not be lazy brats! We need hard workers."
Ryo smirked. "I'll make sure to keep that in mind."
The Vampire Headmaster leaned forward. "And of course, the council must be strong. We cannot have weaklings leading others."
The Dragon Headmaster nodded in agreement. "Power and wisdom must go hand in hand. Choose wisely."
The Demon Headmaster folded his hands together. "With that settled, the announcement will be made soon. Prepare accordingly."
Ryo sighed. "Great, more work for me. Fine, I'll handle it."
With that, the meeting concluded, and Ryo left the office, already formulating plans for the selection process.
Announcement for the Student Council Selection:
Students interested in participating must submit their applications within the next three days. Selection will be based on leadership qualities, academic performance, combat ability (if applicable), and overall contribution to the academy. Interviews and tests will be conducted by Ryo, who will personally assess each candidate. The final roster will be announced within the week.
With the academy abuzz with excitement, Ryo prepared himself for yet another challenge.
