Rainy night
Daisy was wearing a black raincoat and hurriedly walked into a hotel, head down and pulling her rain hat to cover her face as several people walked towards her.
As they passed, they chatted,"Have you heard? Daisy, the heiress of the Wilson Family, got married today and she actually married a servant".
"The Wilson Family's daughter is beautiful and noble, why did she marry so lowly?"
"Who let her parents die last year? Now her second uncle is in charge and her position in the Wilson Family is lower than that of a servant. Anyone can abuse her"
Daisy listened quietly, her eyelashes drooping and her eyes calm.
Since her parents died a year ago, her grandmother and second uncle took all the inheritance left by her parents, she was no longer the heiress of the family.
Now her second uncle forced her to marry a bodyguard from the Wilson Family, otherwise her parents will not be buried in the ancestral tomb, and she had no choice but to obey.
The crowd walked away.
Daisy finally arrived at a room and knocked twice.
The door opened and a man walked out anxiously.
Daisy stepped into the room and reached out her hand," Joseph, you called me here and told me you wanted to give me back my father's heirloom. Where is it?"
Joseph hesitated for a moment," Daisy, you git married today and I am your ex-boyfriend. I had something to tell so I made up this excuse."
Daisy lowered her head and turned to leave.
Behind her, she heard Joseph gritting his teeth.
"Daisy, elope with me!"
Daisy was taken aback and turned around in surprise.
"The Wilson Family is marrying you off to a servant! It's a disgrace to you! Don't stay with him, come with me!" Joseph clenched his fists and spoke through gritted teeth.
Daisy hesitated for a moment and spoke softly," You proposed to my cousin last week. Now you want to elope with me? Aren't you getting married?"
As soon as she finished speakung, a hint of embarrassment flashed across Joseph's handsome face.
"Of course, I'm getting married. I just want you to move into my house in the neighbouring city. I can take care of you."
Daisy furrowed her eyebrows slightly,"You want me to be your mistress?"
Joseph pushed up his glasses and remained composed,"In ancient times, men had three or four wives and concubines. After I get married, it's not too much to have one more woman. I am sincere to you, it's just a matter of status. You don't mund, do you?"
Daisy bit her lip lightly.
He really had the nerve to ask her to be his mistress.
She dug her nails into her palms while remaining expressionless.
"Well, tell me your specific requirements and maybe I'll consider it."
Perhaps not sensing the sarcasm in her tone, Joseph became excited," It's actually very simple. You don't have to work, just accompany me. Don't call me during regular work hours, so my wife wouldn't find out. If I need you, I'll come to you for the night."
"What if I get pregnant?"
"Of course, you'll get an abortion. It's not a big deal. You can do it alone and I'll pay for it. By the way, I don't like using condoms. You should take pills."
He paused for a moment and added,"If you give birth to a son for me, that's fine. But if it's a daughter, you'll have to get rid if it."
Daisy couldn't bear to listen any longer and turned to leave.
She was only being sarcastic, but he took it seriously.
As Daisy was about to leave, Joseph's face changed, and he grabbed her arm,"Daisy, you would rather marry a poor man than be with me?"
"Let me go!" Daisy angrily slapped him. "Even if my husband,Steven, has nothing, at least he is willing to give me a status. He's not as shameless as you, having a fiancée but still cheating outside!"
Joseph was caught off guard by the slap and his handsome face twisted in anger. "Daisy you're really cheap. You're taking his side, and you've slept with him, haven't you?!"
"No,I haven't! You're shameless!"
Daisy was so angry, she trembled all over and ran away.
But as she took a step, her arm was pulled back heavily. She lost her balance and fell on the bed, looking up in horror. "What are you doing?"
Joseph stood in front of the bed and loosened his tie, his face twisted in a grimace. "Daisy, you used to be a rich girl, and I let you have your way. I never even held your hand. But now things are different. If you want to marry someone else, you have to give me yourself to me first. Let me sleep with you."
Daisy was filled with shame and anger, struggling desperately. " You can't touch me! I have a husband!"
"Your husband? Steven is just a dog raised by the Wilson Family. He's my subordinate, and he wouldn't dare go against me." Joseph sneered pulling off his tie and grabbing Daisy's collar. He lowered his head and asked," Tell me, has Steven ever touched you? I don't play with dirty women."
Daisy felt humiliated and her eyes reddened. She kicked him with all her might.
She shouldn't have trusted Joseph and come to the hotel to get her father's heirloom. She didn't expect him to deceive her and try to take away her innocence. Joseph knew very well that today was her wedding day and if she didn't return tonight, how would she face Steven?
Daisy struggled in anger and grabbed the bedside lamp in panic, ready to smash it down in his head. Suddenly, there was the slow and steady sound of leather sounds right outside the door. Daisy's heart tightened and she panicked. Who could it be?
Joseph also heard the footsteps and shouted without looking back," Didn't I tell you to wait outside and stop, Steven? Get out of here!"
At this moment, a low and cold voice sounded in the room," They can't stop him. Why don't we let President Harris try?"
Joseph trembled all over and froze on the spot. Daisy took the opportunity to push him away and looked up in panic. At the door stood a man in black suit, wearing black gloves on his right hand, and his tie was perfectly tied. He was tall, 1.9 metres tall, with distinct facial features and stunning beauty. He exuded a pure masculine and cold temperament, his eyes black and deep with a hint of coldness.
With his arrival, the room was suddenly filled with an invisible pressure, making it hard to breathe.
