Chapter 3 - Chapter 3

Chapter 3 -

After our lunch break, I went back to my homeroom. Looking around, I realized that Bella hasn't arrived yet. I wasn't sure about Tiana, but I knew that Mila and Amy were still on a break or at some practice. Only Tiana was in Adele's class, and Amy and Mila are in the same class. I found myself thinking; what about Stacey? Shaking my head, I started to change the topic - but I couldn't. All I could think about is the new girl Stacey. A girl that is really smart.

Sitting on my table, our teacher started boring me(and my classmates) with the history of Greek. My least favorite subject - history. And it has to be Greek. The country whose history I'm least familiar with. I grabbed out one of my textbooks the teacher told us to and opened it wide, unaware which page I opened. Unzippin

-g my pencil case, I got out a cute, purple marker and started doodling on my hand, ignoring the teacher's torture. Well, I call it torture. Only Bella would like listening to the history of Greek. History of anything. No, she'd listen to anything the teachers taught at school.

 How about Stacey?

Snap out of it. Why do I keep thinking about her? She's nobody. I mean, she's just a random girl who joined our friend group. A random girl my friends like. A random girl that's pretty and nice. And worst of all, smart. She's apparently a smart girl. Did I have a problem with that? I rested my arms on my tiny table, and buried my head into it. If Stacey is nice, she's not Adele. She's smart, pretty and nice. Adele is smart, pretty and mean. Hopefully, my friends were right about her. Is she in my class?

"Jenny Swift?" A voice snapped my name, making my heart skip a beat. Immediately raising my head, I saw the teacher standing right in front of my table, standing with akimbo. She didn't look so happy. Behind her, I could see all the students in the huge, clean classroom facing back at me. Everyone was.
