Chapter 15: The Next Event.
Reggie and Lucy enter the office. They were still excited about their recent success. They had solved the missing paint case, and it was an exciting task.
As they sat at their desks, Reggie's phone rang. He picked up the phone and listened intently to the voice on the other end.
"What's going on?" Lucy asked, a look of interest appearing on Reggie's face. Reggie's eyes lit up. "A new case." he said. "We were hired by a wealthy businessman to investigate the theft of his rare coin collection."
Lucy's eyes widened. "Sounds like a big event." she said.
Reggie nodded. "Yes," he said. "And I think we're the team that can do it."
When they arrived at the businessman's office, Reggie and Lucy were greeted by a tall, attractive man with a friendly demeanor.
"Thank you for coming," he said. "My name is Mr. Thompson. I really want my money back."
Reggie's eyes narrowed. "Tell me about your collection," he said. Mr. will be late. Thompson. "A collection of rare and valuable coins from around the world." he said. "I've been building it for years, it's worth a lot."
Reggie's head is pounding. It was a difficult case, but he worked hard to solve it.
As they begin their investigation, Reggie and Lucy discover that a robbery has occurred at a charity event at Mr. Thompson's. The thief has managed to bypass security and escape with the cash.
