Prologue - The Path is Open to Everyone

As of the year 21xx, a bill regarding the obligation of women's childbearing duty has been passed. Please be aware of the following points, and we hope to avoid any disturbances.

1. Every year, outstanding women who meet the criteria set by the country will be recruited to complete a training course for childbearing duty. The completion period is 3 years, which may be extended depending on the attitude and mental state of the trainee. Based on those who have passed their 20th birthday according to the resident registration, approximately 1 in 1000 will become a conscription candidate.

2. Those who fear being selected as per item 1 can voluntarily complete the training course for childbearing duty. In this case, the completion period is reduced by 50% to 1 year and 6 months, and the period will not be extended unless a major incident occurs.

3. Those who do not fulfill their childbearing duty by the age of 30 will be forcibly confined in a "Slave Camp" for childbearing. As they cannot leave until they fulfill their childbearing duty, those who do not wish to waste their lives are advised to make the right decision.

4. In the case of criminals who have committed crimes, they will be confined in a slave camp and undergo a harsh training process for childbearing duty. After completion, they will become subjects of the social system commonly known as the "Shared Property System."

5. Those who are in financial difficulty and need money can voluntarily become subjects of the Shared Property System. Wages are calculated on an annual basis, and various welfare benefits, pregnancy allowances, and job placement after the end of the shared property period can be received.

We hereby notify you in advance that if you fail to understand these matters and act out or refuse the childbearing duty, you will receive appropriate severe punishment. We ask that women fulfill their duty for the country with utmost sincerity. Thank you.
