Hey! Here will be a few notes about the novel, later on I will add a few things.

First off: this story is no romance, it won't be romance and it never had romance elements - only for the MC! That doesn't mean there isn't romance of other people, there is definitely. One of the character with a lot screentime in the earlier chapters (less later) is also gay.

I am also planning for a Lesbian character one day. But, don't be confused, there are plenty of straight relationships, I only mentioned these two because they aren't common in xianxia books.

I would recommend you just treat them as your average romance-side-plots that are spread in the novel. When reading novels, although I prefer single protagonists, friends and such are important to me, and not everyone is like the MC, others have feelings and emotions and might fall in love.

I know some people don't like reading about it, so I want to warn you. Still, before anyone asks, once again, there will be no romance for the main character, none.

Alright - let's come to the content that will await you in this novel:

- Politics: will be a plot point, an arc and it will always be present. Whether it's Eunuch politics, imperial ones, military or international, we will experience a lot.

- Cultivation: will happen continuously as MC learns of the world, it's a big and different system than the usual XianXia one, explained in already the first few chapters, so don't worry!

- Adventure: will happen, it's a big world to travel, but most of his travels aren't journeys to sightsee but are under the pretext of a) Politics or b) Cultivation.

- Magic: this isn't a XianXia world, this is a great world with different paths of power, though cultivation is in focus, we will see other power paths too.

- Background: will be revealed gradually over the course of the novel, MC will have a different point of view of his background which is why the way he talks about it changes.

- Peak: there is an actual peak in this world, which is incredibly high. No 'this is actually a smaller world part of a greater world we have to cross over' - this is the greater world. But, one should carefully read the first chapter.
