Chapter 22 - C21: Is There Anyone Normal in Team Guy?

"NANI?! F-Flying Thunder God?!"

Tenten's jaw nearly hit the ground.

She had heard about the legendary technique before.

The Fourth Hokage's signature move—an instant teleportation jutsu.

And now—

A twelve-year-old kid had just used it effortlessly?!

Tenten's voice trembled.

"W-Wait… So you're telling me…"

Her eyes darted between Naruto and Neji.

"That Neji picked a fight… with a mini Fourth Hokage?!"

---

Rock Lee's eyes sparkled.

"Naruto-kun is incredible!"

He gave a thumbs up, flashing his signature grin.

"I never expected to meet such a talented taijutsu fighter! His potential is limitless!"

Meanwhile—

Naruto was sitting on top of Neji.

And he was beating the absolute hell out of him.

---

BAM!

A punch to the face.

Neji groaned, blood dripping from his nose.

BAM!

Another heavy hit.

Neji's cheeks swelled.

Naruto's voice was cold.

"You call yourself a genius?"

BAM!

"You think you're special? That your pain is greater than everyone else's?"

BAM!

"You blame Hinata. You look down on her."

"But did you ever think—"

"She never wanted this either?!"

Neji's eyes blurred.

His mind spun.

Naruto's words hit deeper than his fists.

---

WHOOSH!

A green blur flashed.

A strong hand grabbed Naruto's wrist mid-swing.

"Young man, that's enough."

A deep, firm voice.

Naruto looked up.

Might Guy stood there—smiling.

His grip was gentle, yet unbreakable.

"Let's talk it out, instead of letting fists decide everything."

Behind him, Hinata rushed forward, eyes full of concern.

"Naruto-kun, please… I don't blame Brother Neji. He's hurting too."

Her voice was soft.

Full of understanding.

Naruto exhaled.

He closed his eyes for a second—then stood up.

"Fine. I'll stop."

He looked at Guy.

"Now let go of me, uncle."

---

"…Uncle?"

Might Guy froze.

His smile stiffened.

"D-Did you just… call me… UNCLE?!"

Naruto blinked.

"Well, yeah. You're old."

BOOM.

Guy's soul left his body.

He collapsed to the ground.

Tears streamed from his eyes.

"NOOOOOOOO!!! MY YOUTH!!!"

Rock Lee gasped in horror.

"TEACHER!!!"

---

Naruto ignored Guy's suffering.

He grabbed Hinata's hand.

Held it tightly.

And walked away.

"Come on, Hinata. We have a mission."

Hinata's face turned red.

She stammered.

"A-Ah… N-Naruto-kun…"

But—

She didn't pull away.

---

Back at the training ground—

Might Guy was still unconscious.

Rock Lee's eyes lit up.

"Tenten! We need to save him!"

Tenten frowned.

"…How?"

Lee grinned.

"Artificial respiration!"

Tenten's brain short-circuited.

"EXCUSE ME?!"

Lee nodded seriously.

"Remember what Guy-sensei taught us? Three chest compressions, then mouth-to-mouth resuscitation!"

He turned to Tenten, expectant.

"Tenten, you do it!"

Tenten stepped back.

"NO WAY! You do it!"

Lee blushed.

"I-If it's for Teacher Guy… I guess I have no choice…"

He knelt down.

Pressed on Guy's chest.

Then—

He leaned in.

His lips inches away from his teacher's.

---

"LEE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

Guy's eyes snapped open.

And—

BAM!

He punched Lee into the sky.

Lee soared like a missile.

"TEACHER, I WAS ONLY TRYING TO HELP!!!"

His voice echoed as he disappeared into the horizon.

---

Tenten covered her face.

She turned away.

Muttering to herself—

"Why… Why is everyone in my team insane?!"

---

Meanwhile—

Neji sat on the ground, bruised and exhausted.

His gaze followed Naruto's retreating figure.

"…Maybe… he was right."

For the first time—

Doubt crept into Neji's heart.

Maybe—

Just maybe—

Hinata wasn't the enemy.

Maybe the real enemy was—

Fate itself.

---

As Naruto and Hinata walked toward the Hokage's office, he stretched.

"Kakashi said we're finally getting a C-rank mission today. About time."

Hinata nodded quietly.

Her heart still pounding from Naruto holding her hand.

Naruto grinned.

"I hope it's something exciting."

And with that—

They stepped into the next chapter of their journey.
