Dugu Bo coughed out dark green blood, feeling his meridians barely stabilizing. He looked very Old at the moment like an old man in his 80s, His eyes, formerly a toxic emerald, had hints of deep brown creeping into them. It's giving a feeling of like a dead .... Zombie
"Huff… huff…" He took a deep breath, steadying himself. "I'm alive… but for how long?"
His breakthrough had cost him everything. He had burned every last reserve of strength he had, and if he didn't replenish himself soon, he'd collapse. So, he hurriedly put some medicine inside his mouth.

A massive serpent soul beast lay sprawled out ahead, its dark scales cracked, its enormous body riddled with wounds. Despite its immense power, it was dying.
"A Green Phosphor Serpent Emperor…" Dugu Bo's eyes widened. "And it's… still barely alive?"
This was no ordinary beast—it was almost a 90,000-year-old soul beast, maybe in 87k but still it's one that surpassed his wildest expectations to get.
As he staggered toward it, he noticed another corpse nearby—a venomous, multi-limbed python lay still, its blood mingling with the soil. The two beasts had clearly fought, but for what reason?
It didn't matter now. Now what he has to do is kill that already half dead serpent and absorb its soul ring. If he becomes lucky then he may get a soul bone after that (Crows mouth)
Dugu Bo clenched his fist. He couldn't afford hesitation. With his body like this he has to make a gamble where he either dies or lives , this was his one and only chance.
He fights with the soul beast and after some tough time, he killed the soul beast with the help of a knife which is a level 6 soul guide. After talking a rest of 30 minutes.
He sat down beside the dead serpent, initiating soul ring absorption.
A deep black soul ring with a hint of red emerged from the beast's corpse, seeing this Dugu Bo can guess it's a soul beast with a little bit over 93k years of cultivation making him nervous as it's already of his limit but he grits his teeths and started to absorb the soul ring which starts coiling around him like a vortex of raw power. His body shuddered as the sheer might of the 90,000-year-old ring surged into him.
His meridians screamed in protest. His very soul felt like it was being torn apart.
Yet, amidst the pain, a transformation began.
His martial soul, the Jade Phosphor Serpent, trembled violently before mutating. Its aura deepened, intensified, evolving into something far beyond its original form. Not only that he himself was in some kind of mysterious transformation.
His old skin got new, his hair became black, his green eyes became brown.
After 6 hours when it was already morning, he was finally able to absorb the 90k year old soul ring.
A new power surged through his veins—one that didn't just wield poison, but absorbed and refined it. It was a soul bone and a Extranal soul bone at that could evolve and thanks for it's help he got cured from the poison.
His eyes snapped open, now gleaming with renewed vitality. He had changed.And it's not your small change but a bigger change which he never thought in his life.
He was being happy when he looked at the crops of other 90k year old soul beast. He didn't know what he was thinking but he suddenly cut it and got another soul bone. Although not Extranal but it's a real 90k year top grade soul bone, which if someone gets to know then he's going to have a bloody battle with Dugu Bo..
But before he could fully process his transformation and being happy, something caught his eye again—a faint, eerie glow coming from within the cave nearby. With a sweet smells and now that he looks at it there's no living things here and those that are here is all poisonous creatures.
Dugu Bo's instincts screamed at him to leave, but his curiosity and new found power let him overpowered his caution. He even has a feeling that he may discover something which will Greatly help him increase his strength which is already at the peak of lv 91 just a little bit away from lv 92.
Why had these two powerful soul beasts fought? What was so valuable in that cave? I'm very very lucky today just like the legendary "son of luck" . Maybe I could really get something good.
I don't know why god is helping me this much today not only did I got cured, an Extranal soul bone but I also got A 90k year soul bone suitable for my children and as this thing comes from a poisonous creature. Maybe just maybe it can also cure one of them.
Dugu Bo really hopes it can help them. Thanks for the Extranal soul bone he got the skill to absorb poisons to grow fast making him confident that if he can get poison supply then he can become a lv 99 peerless Douluo if not a lv 100 strong man.
Although he can also use his soul bone to absorb his children's toxic but for how long. He really needs a permanent solution for this not this temporary one where he needs to absorb poison from their body all day long. Especially for his daughter, he really needs a solution for her.
