The battlefield was a desolate expanse of scorched earth and fractured metal, the air thick with the acrid stench of ozone and burning circuits. Above it all stood Kipo sentient being monkey warrior, shimmering alien armor known as Nex shifted kipo's armor was always Changning form. Its plates hummed with dark energy, veins of crimson light pulsing like a heartbeat. The armor was alive, a relic from a lost people the Walri that had fused with his soul, granting him power to warp reality itself. Today, that power would be tested.
The ground trembled. IRON OVERMINDS legions of skeleton robots, some with blackened alloy, eye sockets glowing with cold blue plasma. They moved with eerie silence, thousands of them advancing like a metallic tide. Their leader, a towering necrodrone called Iron overmind, with a serrated spine-blade, pointed its clawed hand at Kipo. The army surged.
Kipo raised his gauntleted fist. The Nex reacted, amplifying his magic in a cataclysm. Firestorms erupted, incinerating swathes of skeleton into molten slag. Lighting arced from his fingertips, chaining through ranks, reducing them to twitching scrap. But for every drone destroyed, two more would descend Apon Zularie. '' Nex?'' '' Yes, my lord?'' '' How do I defeat these guys this fight is causing too much damage.'' Iron overmind my lord an AI hive-mind way up their located in their main ship.'' ''enough'' Kipo growled. He channeled the dark energy from Nex,s deepest forbidden chrono-weapon, designed to fracture time itself. '' My lord I must advise against you're not ready for this level of magic!'' The air rippled as a sphere of distorted reality formed in his palm. He hurled in straight at Overmind and heart of the skelecon ship.
The effect was instantaneous.
Skeletons disintegrated, their atom's unraveling across the planet.'' you did it my lord ,'' But the Nex's armor strained by the paradox, shuddered. A crack split its chest plate, and from it poured a shadow-a mirrored version of Kipo, clad in jagged, inverted armor that leaked smoke and static. The doppelganger's eyes burned violet, a twisted reflection of Kipo's own gaze.
''Malakar,'' the clone hissed, its voice a chorus of broken echoes. It raised a corrupted energy bladed, and the necrodrones and skelecons on the ground lit up. Their plasma eyes flickered, then shifted to violet. The skelecons came back to life.
''Malakar'' you shouldn't have played with time brother,'' Malakar sneered. With a flick of his wrist, a portal of writhing dark matter tore open behind him. The traitorous necrodrones and skelecons now his soldiers marched into it, their loyalty reprogrammed by dark magic.
Kipo lunged, but Malakar parried his strike, their blades clashing in a burst of entropy and starlight. The ground beneath them splintered, reality itself groaning under their conflict.
'' You're a mistake,'' Kipo snarled.
''I'm an improvement,'' Malakar laughed, before vanishing into the portal. It collapsed, leaving Kipo alone amidst the ruins of his battle.
In the dark between galaxies, Malakar flexed his newfound power, a few skelecons kneeling at his feet. '' we'll see who's the mistake soon brother,'' he murmured, as he broke blue crystals in half and started abusing and absorbing them. Skelecon's started to change and grow as dark blue magic corrupted and flowed thru their metal frames...
