Chereads / The Disruptor: Supreme Harem God System / Chapter 3 - Heir to the Goldlitch.

Chapter 3 - Heir to the Goldlitch.

Sealed Continent— Skyfall Kingdom Capital.

In a grand, opulently furnished room adorned with gold accents, fine tapestries, and artifacts that screamed of immense wealth, a young man lay undisturbed on a king-sized bed. His well-defined features and calm demeanor gave him the look of a prince in a fairytale.

Suddenly, his peaceful expression twisted, his body jolting awake as if from a nightmare.

"Haah! Haaah! Where am I?" he gasped, his chest heaving and beads of sweat rolling down his forehead. The unfamiliar surroundings only added to his disorientation as his wide eyes scanned the room.

It didn't take long before the floodgates of his mind burst open, and memories—both familiar and foreign—rushed in, blending into a chaotic mess. A torrent of experiences surged through him. His face showed pain and he accepted all that grittin his teeth silently. As the pain faded, there was clamness on his face absorbing everything quickly: the gritty, shadowed nights of his previous life as Jason Storm, a gigolo in Las Vegas, and now, the life of Jason Storme, an 18-year-old heir to the prestigious Goldlitch Merchant Company, based in the Skyfall Kingdom.

As his breathing steadied, he closed his eyes briefly, digesting the influx of information. In moments, he had assimilated the memories, fully adapting to his new identity.

Jason Storm—the gigolo who lived for lust, pleasure, and survival—was now Jason Storme, scion of one of the wealthiest merchant families in the kingdom.

"So, this is my second life…" Jason muttered, running a hand through his disheveled hair as he swung his legs off the side of the bed. His sharp eyes gleamed with a mix of cunning and curiosity as he recalled more details.

The Goldlitch Merchant Company, founded by his late mother, Joanna Goldleitch, was once a titan of commerce, dominating trade and business across the kingdom. However, after her untimely death, the reins had passed to his father, Jonathan Storme, whose lackluster leadership had sent the company spiraling into decline.

But that didn't bother Jason. Not one bit. He had been given the backdrop he needed: a wealthy, powerful family with influence, even if it was waning. The rest, he could achieve it himself.

Leaning back against the bedpost, Jason smirked. "A strong starting point… just like I wanted. Except I'm not some righteous idiot or a brooding avenger. I don't need to prove myself to anyone. I'm here to live my life."

Then a thought struck him, and his expression darkened slightly. Memories of the protagonist of this world, Nux Leander, crept into his mind. He was the destined Son of Destiny, a character protected by an absurd amount of luck and plot armor. A man destined to rise to greatness, defeat powerful enemies, and gather a harem of stunningly beautiful women.

Jason mulled over his options.

"Should I just take him out early and claim everything he's supposed to have?" he wondered aloud, his voice tinged with amusement. "It would be easy to catch him before he awakens his abilities and steal his harem before it even forms. But that'd be boring and result in me loosing the chance to copy many good abilities and might trigger some ridiculous turn of events where fate throws me under the bus."

He rubbed his chin thoughtfully, chuckling at the ridiculousness of it all. "Besides, why fight over his harem when I can just build my own? There are enough beautiful and powerful women in this world to create my own harem. No need to poke the proverbial dragon's ass— or Son of Destiny over it, in this case."

Jason leaned forward, his smirk widening into a devilish grin. "I've got money, power, and a fresh start. Time to play this world my way without poking someone's ass over something only to get fucked back harder in return."

Sitting there quietly I began thinking hard and recalling the plot to find and target the suitable characters to elope with so that I could level up unhindered and without messing with the MC.

After sometime I remembered a high ranking character that never appeared the srory but only mentioned once or twice, "Marquis Lana" a powerful cultvator at Master level. It'll be a good choice to start and also to keep an eye on Nux Leander.

After planning my next moves I decided to skip my worries and checked my status. "Status".

My Status was a bit different than I thought due to my cheat ability to max out everything to the cap at a level. I even have two new Stats that the MC didn't have, Luck and Charm. Well good for me I'll say.

Now I just have to lay low for a week and wait for Nux to make an entrance. I'll copy his abiilities when he comes out shopping with Lane Wynee without getting noticed.

Until then lets try the depths of the sea I'm going to enter by researching Marquis Lana's likes and dislikes all while I also taste some otherwoldly meat with this new body of mine, hahaa!

Getting up from my bed I decided to meet the so called father I have. It didn't took long to reach the work office my father stayed in as I've fully absorbed the memories before awakening. As I went there maids wanted to to knock the door and inform my father about my arrival, but before it could be done I waved my hands to stop them and commanded "Don't bother I'll go there by myself." saying this I went forward and knocked the door, eager to enter the room.

"Come in", came a mature voice from inside. Without further ado I opened the door and wanted to speak with my dad, but as I entered the room I saw some people wearing armor and carrying weapons on them sitting there already having some conversation with him.

As I didn't had any memories of these people, I didn't spoke anything as they all just stared at me blankly.

"Is there anything you want son?" Seeing that it's me that came in he asked his voice puzzled a little. "Nothing father, but who are these people?" I asked curiously.

"Ahh! They? They're a strong mercenary group with a strong influence known as 'Blackmanes', that I plan to contract and work with to increase the influence of our Goldlitch Merchant Company, as you know there are some hungry tigers already eyeing for our fall." he said.

"They are all strong people at beginner level and with these two their Vice-Captain Leona Wells and Captain Harrison Wells at advance cultivation levels. Hearing him praising them I just raised my hand and greeted them "Hello!".

As I did this my eyes were on Leona the so called Vice-Captain of Blackmanes, whose eyes were on me the whole time. Seeing her checking me out blatantly the whole time I said to myself "And here I was thinking it wouldn't be easy to find a big fat piece of good quality juicy meat! This will be easier than I thought."
